Business Owner
James O. Broccoletti received his B.A. degree at the American University in 1975 and his J.D. degree from the College of William and Mary in 1978. He was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 1978 and started practicing law in the Norfolk Commonwealth Attorney’s Office in 1978. His legal affiliations include: Virginia, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Virginia; U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit; and U.S. Supreme Court. He was selected by his peers for inclusion in Best Lawyers® of America, Virginia’s Legal Elite, and Virginia Super Lawyers® list. Mr. Broccoletti was appointed to the United States Sentencing Commission Practitioners Advisory Group to represent the Fourth Circuit.
