A and A Island Services

Had a good experience with A and A island services. Have used them a few times and the work I always done correctly and honestly. Hard working small business leads the charge with a positive attitude and a variety of services. I utilized them for window cleaning and roof cleaning and moss control. Keith explained the process and the reason for each task thoroughly. Will consider using again.

Keith is an AWESOME guy, does great work and I have referred him to dozens of satisfied neighbors. Actually, make that more than 1500 moms and dad on the Green Lake email list serv, over and over again, several times each year.
He does gutters, roof (moss cleaning, etc.), window washing, dryer vent cleaning and the list goes on and on. I have used him for about 3 yrs for all of the above services and been very satisfied. He recently mentioned he also works closely with an exterior painting crew, so add another service I will be calling him up to keep my home in tip top shape.
He is easy to contact via email or cell phone and willing to come over a weekend if your lazy butt let the gutters clog up and a big storm is flooding your basement (ha — not me, no never!). I also appreciate his honesty. He lets me know when the roof really doesn’t need de-​mossing (versus other folks who would just charge you), etc.
Not sure what is up with the lame low-​star reviews — from a dude in Germany? Yeah right. I am as German as they get and Keith and his team are on it. I do have to admit, since I had them do the work when I wasn’t there, I cannot comment on the «on time for appointment» kind of thing, but they get the job done and have you on your way.

I’ve used A and A since 2006 when I lived in Belfair. They did a great job cleaning my gutters and treating my roof for moss prevention. Very friendly too. I also called them to take care of my rental house in Bremerton, where they cleaned the roof & gutters (several times over the years) and did extensive yard clean-​up.
The one time they didn’t show up, I don’t know what happened but those blackberry vines weren’t going anywhere… it was only a 2-​day delay and my yard looked great afterwards!
It’s a family business and *most* of the time they show up as planned. But sometimes emails and calls slip through the cracks. Overall the quality and price are good and I know they’ll do a good job when they show up.

Keith and his crew did a terrific job at my Wallingford home with moss removal and gutter cleaning. The guys worked past sunset to finish up! They were prompt and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely plan on using them again.
