If i could give Olson Rug /​Norridge 6 stars I would. Barb, the manager, walked me through the best options for my job, didn’t try to up sell me, and if anything, suggested a more cost efficient option than I expected.
With a week between closing on a house and move-​in, we had a very small window to get things done. This is where Barb’s customer service went above and beyond. She called the warehouse frequently before we closed to ensure we’d have enough carpet for delivery that week, came over late on the night we closed and measured the area so she could get the order in first thing the next day and called to confirm it has arrived the day before install. With a million other things going on that week it was nice to know Barb had everything under control with the flooring.
I can’t thank her enough for pulling off a smooth job. I’ll be going to her for all my future needs!
