Jaxx Towing & Recovery

I was involved in a accident on Germantown pike this evening and slid into a ditch. I called Allstate for a tow and after waiting several hours waiting for another company to show up and kept getting excuses from the company I called Allstate back to complain about the other company and they redirected me to Jaxx towing I received a phone call directly from their dispatcher and they advised me they would be out within an hour at this point I was frustrated as hell and I agreed. Jaxx towing showed up in 38 min and I was greeted by their driver Kris who was very polite and apologized about taking so long. I explained to him I was very impressed by the timely fashion of their service and the courtesy of him. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company on their professionalism and the appearance of their truck and driver Kris. Thank you Jaxx towing!
