What a warm welcome to Boston when I arrived for a six month project and was picked up by Bob from Valley Coach. A last minute trip home to meet a brand new grand baby was stress free with Mark getting me to Logan in time for my flight. Anyone can schlepp you to the airport but no one can do it with the warmth, class and professionalism like Valley Coach.

I was very pleased with the service and price form Valley Coach. We used them to «treat» ourselves getting to and from Logan for our honeymoon and it was worth every penny. The fact that tax, tolls, and tip are all included in the price quoted was another bonus. The cars used were very nice and comfortable. The driver, a very friendly and professional man, was early for our 345 am pick up and waiting for us when we came home. I’d use them again anytime.

Nice change from the «run of the mill» ride services. Our driver Tom was a hoot and was fun to ride with. The ride to and from the airport went off without a hitch. He was easy to find when we arrived at the airport. Will definitely use Valley Coach again!

Great service. Would use again for any event. My wife and I went on a vacation and used valley coach for an airport ride. Tom, our driver, was waiting for us too and from the airport. He was early both ways and maneuvered through lots of traffic to get us to our destinations with plenty of time. Just a simple phone call to Mark set everything up and that was we had to do. Everything was included in the price which I thought was very reasonable. Thanks again to valley coach.

Valley Coach drove my family to and from Logan. I’ve had an extremely easy communication with Mark through email. The quote was reasonable and included all fees, taxes and even tip. The drivers were very prompt, polite and extremely helpful. The gentleman that drove us home even offered to take us to the supermarket if we needed to pick anything for home.
I would highly recommend Valley Coach and would definitely use them again.

I called Valley Coach to arrange a drive from Logan to home, north of Boston. In all the years of taking cabs, limos, and other modes of transportation, I have to say it was one of the most pleasant experiences. Our driver was personable and engaging. After checking ½ dozen companies, I found them to be extremely reasonable as well. Can’t recommend enough.

Most excellent service! Seth send me a txt right as my plane finished its taxi to gate saying he was there and to take my time. I collected my luggage and there he was. Good price and great service, you can’t go wrong with them. Highly recommended!

Based on Unilocal reviews, I contracted with Valley Coach for a ride to Logan Airport with return in 12 days. My call to the company was picked up immediately. I was able to pay by credit card and it included the fee, taxes, and gratuity. I like not having to fumble for a tip as we leave the limo.
Dave came to pick us up. He was prompt and VERY professional. The ride to the airport was relaxing. He asked if we preferred music or silence and what type of music we would like to hear. He asked if we were comfortable with the temperature in the car. I was quite impressed.
Dave also picked us up on the return trip. He monitored the flight and called my cell phone to let us know he was at the airport. Again, the trip was comfortable and professional.
I would definitely hire Valley Coach again.

I found these guys through a groupon while shopping for a ride to the airport. I think that what they charge is very reasonable for a round trip ride from Lowell to Logan.
The driver was friendly, helpful, punctual and professional. They’re in the process of building their business and I’m a big supporter of the little guy.
I have 2 more trips coming up and will definitely be using them again.

Never used a car service to go to Logan before, but it was a special trip so I went for it. The driver called me 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time for some clarifications on directions (he was right around the corner and we live on a new street), and we were in the car and on our way 10 minutes early.
The towncar was in good shape, we were offered cold bottles of water, and the driver was very friendly and polite. There was an issue with another driver’s vehicle, so we volunteered to switch into an SUV along the way even though our driver made it clear that we did not have to. It was along the way and we were happy to help, so it was no big deal.
We arrived at Logan in plenty of time for our flights, and our driver explained exactly where to meet the car on our return trip, which went perfectly. They monitor your flights, so our return driver was aware our flight was running late. The company even waived the late-​night fee on the return trip because we had helped them out on the trip there. Very professional all around.
I would definitely recommend Valley Coach to anyone looking for airport car service, we will probably start using them instead of paying for parking at Logan!

My wife and I recently used this service for our Honeymoon. We had both overnight drop off and pick up from Logan and they were right on time! I also had searched around for prices as well and this one couldn’t be beat :) Friendly service, that was on time ~ we will definitely be using this company again & I would recommend it to my friends & family!!!

They’re ALWAYS waiting for me when i come off my flights. No calling, and no waiting. They’re always professional, and on time. I called Valley Coach of North Andover this past summer to arrange a pick up for my teenage kids and me just after we arrived from a long trip from San Francisco. Our driver Jim told us exactly where he would pick us up and gave us his cell phone number in case we needed to contact him. We arrived at Boston Logan Airport and Jim was waiting for us exactly where he told us he would be. He handled our bags with ease and had brought a cooler full of bottled water, soft drinks, and «cold ones» for me.
Valley Coach of North Andover’s service was above and beyond what I would have expected and I will call then again if I need car service to the airport.
