Romeo’s Pizza

Stromboli was good, and the sauce was delicious. My biggest issue was that a mistake was made on either my part or the website. I had made my order, clicked delivery and then it asked if I wanted to make an account, continue as a guest or link to Facebook. I linked to Facebook and then noticed my bill was cheaper. I had made an assumption that it was cheaper because of linking to Facebook. That wasn’t the case, it was because somehow between ordering and finalizing it switched it over to pick up. My issue with the whole ordeal was that a lady called asking if I was wanting delivery, I said yes, I put the hotel address and room number in the comment section. Well, she was so concerned about a $ 2.50 delivery charge that Romero’s made me charge he amount of the meal to my company credit card, then I had to charge a separate $ 2.50 to the card. The whole ordeal will prevent me from going back, simply because if $ 2.50 was that important than customer satisfaction then I rather not bother with it. There are plenty of places that are willing to have our business.

Best pizza in the Canton area. They have a sweet sauce like nothing I have ever had before. Employees are very polite. Excellent coupon selection. Our 1 year old daughter gets so excited when we have Romeo’s for dinner. If your looking for a great pizza and price don’t hesitate to call them.
