One of the worst pizza I’ve had and a little pricey. The dough was tough and not fresh texture… and this was on New Year’s Eve

Nothing special about their pizza and wings. With so many other great places within delivery distance won’t be going back

Overall the food is pretty good. One of the better places to get a decent pizza in the area(in my opinion). We usually have them deliver and they are usually pretty quick and somewhat friendly. Prices are a bit higher than some of the other smaller pizza places near us but until recently it was worth the couple extra dollars. But lately the food hasn’t been as good, everything is really greasy lately and just overall very messy and sloppy like suddenly the employees just don’t care anymore. The last few times we have ordered they have forgotten things and the last time we ended up with part of the order being almost completely wrong.

I am not a pizza connoisseur but I do enjoy it every now and then. I have ordered for delivery several times from this Mark’s. They are friendly on the phone and take card over the phone with tip, which is nice. However they have gotten something wrong on my order each time. I asked for half and half twice and they forgot one half twice. The delivery speed is average but the friendly staff makes up for the miscommunication in orders.

the pizza isn’t bad for a chain pizza joint. Where they excel is the wings crispy hot just the right amount of sauce. so many of the old pizza joints in town are gone this is a good replacement. plus they have online ordering I’ve used the phone and online order and both times my order was correct so those both work. employees are nice. if you order delivery your food comes fresh and hot. if you want a good pie and some really good wings order from here. i haven’t tried anything else on the menu just the wings and pizza.

Pizza is pretty good. Big fan of their BBQ sauce. Their subs and calzones aren’t the greatest, but their wings are very good. Their prices seem very high compared to some other local places. We used to order from them religiously, but me and my housemate would always get sick after ordering their subs(he got philly cheesesteak, I got chicken parm). My housemate said that meat tasted like it was slightly rancid, but mine tasted fine. We’ve stopped ordering after getting sick 4 times after eating their subs. If you’re north of Buffalo Road, Cam’s is far superior.

Let me start by saying I’m from NYC so in general the pizza in Rochester is pretty terrible. Mark’s is pretty much the standard, it’s maybe slightly better than most, but only slightly. It’s all so average that it doesn’t really matter. People really seem to enjoy Mark’s chicken wings, but I’m conflicted. My friends at work have ordered wings from another location a couple times and they’re good. I had no complaints, I have ordered from this location three times and each and every time the wings were overcooked so badly that they were inedible. Perhaps they only have morons working at this location, I don’t know, but I would avoid the Buffalo Road Mark’s like the plague. I’d give Mark’s based upon what I’ve had at work a 3.5 or a 4, but the Buffalo Road location is definitely a 1. As a result I’m going to give a 2 overall.
