History

Established in 1984.

Established in 1984 Harry Lee, an experienced dry cleaner, along with business partner Arnold Glassberg, established a local business by the name of A-​Allbright Draperies, Inc., In 1984. Though originally intended to address the needs of draperies and drapery cleaning, Allbright has grown exponentially over the past 30 years, becoming the full source window treatment and flooring provider it is today. This family owned and operated business has since been passed down, and is now in its second generation of ownership under Michael Lee, Harry’s son. With over 30 years of personal experience, Michael has the wisdom, professionalism, and innovation needed to continue to keep Allbright growing and at the forefront of the industry. Keeping the tradition of family business alive, Mickey’s oldest son, Eric Lee, has been preparing since a very young age under Michael’s guidance, and will be assuming leadership of the company in the coming years.

I had them install blinds in a bed of ours, about 4 months ago. It stopped working yesterday, so I call them, and they got right back to me, they said they had a installer in the area and that he would stop by the end of day, well an hour later they show up! Fixed my problem in 2 minutes, they got to my house quicker then a pizza delivery!

Wow is all i can say! We bought our house in May of last year. In an effort to save money we went to home depot for all of our blinds. What a mistake. They were great at first but degraded quickly so I went online and found allbright.
They came out and measured for a quote and I was blown away at how affordable it was. We decided to upgrade to the wood shutters needless to say they came out amazing. these guys do great work I highly recommend them.

Allbright is top notch. That’s really what they are. I had a whole plan of who I was going to go through and what I was going to get, but everything fell through. I was referred to Allbright by a friend of Mickey’s (the owner) and I could not be happier that I was. Not only did Mickey and his entire crew come through for me at the last minute, but he was able to accommodate my quick turnaround time as well!
I’m a first time homebuyer and have been trying to save pennies wherever I could, but unfortunately the previous tenant made sure the floors throughout my entire place would have to be replaced. After our initial plan fell out and talking to Mickey about what we wanted, he suggest we come in to Allbright as well as the tile place next door and pick out what we like at our earliest convenience. We had our heart set on the tiles that mimic hardwood for the downstairs and new carpet for the bedrooms and stairwell. Having our initial flooring plan fall through, we were starting to push up against our moving deadline. Lucky for us, Mickey was able to get his crew started on laying out the beautiful tiles we picked out, immediately followed by brand new carpet being rolled out through the rest of it!
We are now first time homebuyers with a floor making all our neighbors and fellow homeowners completely envious! The tiles came out so perfectly our friends and family are in complete disbelief they’re tile. What’s more are the elegant baseboards they replaced as well! It elevated the the entire home! The carpet was laid so well upstairs that it really enhanced other features we weren’t expecting, like the old baseboards getting a second life and how well it enhanced the new wall colors. One of his employees even came on a Sunday morning to lay down a small square of linoleum in the laundry room, just to accommodate our schedule!
We were checked on multiple times during this stage as well, were always asked how we thought things were looking, always communicated with and kept abreast of each step of the floor replacement process.
I could not be happier with our new floors and am so pleased to have invested my home in Allbright in order to invest in my new home! This was such a worthwhile purchase and it gets better every time I see the look on people’s faces seeing my floor for the first time!

Allbright is amazing! Was so unhappy with my house and looking to make some improvements, was highly recommended to call on Allbright from a friend who installs Windows. I did and was the best experience ever on home improvement!
I had the worst carpet in my living room and was embarrassed to have anyone come to my house. We picked out a wood laminate, my whole house looks different! Than had a bedroom that also looked awful, they came in put carpet and shutters, and have someone actually staying in the room. My room is next, would recommend them to all of my friends. Mickey the owner is a very honest business man, which sometimes is hard to find! Thanks Allbright!

My wife and I had a 5-​star experience with Albright Windows. Our window treatments look incredible and the customer service was impeccable. Eric took such great care of us – from the initial estimate all the way through installation. He was in constant communication with us the whole time, gave us great advice on the appropriate treatments for each room, helped us find ones that worked with our budget, and expertly installed them himself with the help of his team. I really loved that he was the one who handled the entire process — from estimate to installation. I give Albright my highest recommendation and suggest you ask for Eric when you call to set up your appointment.

Poor service/​response time. On two separate occasions I’ve attempted to both get accurate information about a quote, and to set up an appointment to get a more realistic quote. Both of those attempts were met with at best misinformation, and at worst a total lack of response.
The first estimate was made without ever seeing the house, and when I called to correct what were seemingly incorrect guesses about the space/​measurements, despite having been sent the house specs, I was told I’d get a call back from Barbie later that day to set something up. Never heard back on that front.
The second time, I again called to set up an appointment for someone to come out and appraise the space – but had to leave a voicemail, and never got a response.
The third time, my property management company contacted them to set up an appointment with me for appraisal, and again, as ever, no response and no attempt at setting anything up.
Find another company. I’d be incredibly reluctant to enter into any kind of business with a group that conducts itself this way. Take your money elsewhere.

Thank you for your response. Your Verbal estimate, on-​site estimate and two written estimates… were all different, with wrong information. I had the job done by my upholsterer in less than a week, perfectly, and for the price I was quoted. In the end, I’m very happy to be misled by Allbright.

I had a wonderful experience with Allbright! I needed window treatments on all of the windows in my new house. I called Allbright, and spoke to the owner Micky. I wasn’t sure what I wanted, but I needed something ASAP. He was very friendly and said they had a lot to choose from, and he would send out someone to take measurements, and show me samples.
Alan came to me house (on time) and was the nicest guy! We looked through different samples, and he recommended blinds that would fit my budget. Two weeks later, the installers came and all of the windows were done in 45 minutes. I am VERY happy with my blinds, and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend Allbright to anyone, and I will definitely call them again.

I’m highly recommending Allbright Window Fashions & Flooring! The service provided was spectacular. They follow through on meeting times and took all the time needed to look at all styles, color and options. They installed the blinds within a blink of an eye. The blinds, now finished, look amazing!
The team also sat down with me on more than one occasion to assist me in selection of color, style, and type of flooring I needed. The flooring was installed around my schedule which was an awesome convenience. This company is friendly and care very much for customers.

We had a wonderful experience from allbright! First off, Eric’s friendliness and professionalism was superb. He was committed to giving us the highest quality of customer care and product.
We just moved into our new home and needed new blinds. Once we set up the type and color of blinds, Eric offered to install temporary blinds for our privacy and comfort while we wait for our original ones. That’s was so awesome! They were only sticky paper blinds but it was better than nothing and at not extra cost either. About a week later Eric came back to set up our real blinds and did an awesome job. The quality of the product was great too! He even noticed something was not right with the length and looks of the balances (the molding too part of the blinds) and he ordered new parts and came back to fix it. That was really greatly appreciated!
Overall– couldn’t be happier with the service and quality! And Eric also gave us some great tips for local restaurants! Thnx Allbright!

Thank you Mickey and staff!!! We called you at short notice pretty much, and you did a 10,000 square foot office in just a couple of days over the holidays. We were able to surprise our staff on January 2nd, with a whole new look to our office! You did so much more than make our office look pretty, it brought happiness to our staff of over 70 people. We got compliments from some of our reps and they say they feel that this is now the best looking travel agency in the Los Angeles area!!! Eric & Barbie with Allbright were extremely friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They were able to come take measurements in short notice and provided us with many different texture, style and color options. I changed my mind several times and they would revise my quote within minutes to help me really see my options and make the best decision for my home. The prices were the best I found in all my research. They came highly recommended from a few other homeowners who also raved about their service after the installation. My house looks complete with character and it didnt cost me an arm and a leg. Friendly service is always a plus as well. CALL THEM! Its worth it.
