Needed a new laptop fast for work and needed one under a tight budget. Went to Vahns and could not be more satisfied. Found a great macbook at a price that seemed almost too good to be true. Not only that. But I needed an upgraded hard drive and memory, which was updated in the shop in under 30 minutes. I know. I know. Crazy!

This is the second time I’ve gone to Vahn with a computer problem and I could not be more pleased with the results. Vahn is so incredibly knowledgeable and therefore super speedy in determining and then fixing computer problems. He provides free consultation and estimates and his pricing is more than fair. If he sees something that you weren’t even aware of, he quickly fixes it, no extra charge. I no longer dread having to have someone look at my computer when it is «sick».

A friend told me about this place so I thought I check it out. Took my laptop in because it was running a little slow and the battery kept dying about an hour into using it. They looked at it, ran a few tests and turned out I had a virus. Told me he can clear it up in a few days and change my battery for a reasonable price. Also gave me a few tips about not charging it over night or after the battery is full because it can damage the life of the battery. All in all great customer service, fast and reliable.
FYI they also sell apple and pc laptops at a very good price!!! Definitely check them out.

I got the keyboard of my hp laptop replaced here and it’s been working good so far. They had a great customer service and they answered my phone every time I called. They did exactly what they promised me with no hidden fees. They give a good price for their 5 star service. i thought possibly just needed tune up and clean out, I knew there was a lot of dust inside, but once computer was opened and taken apart my computer was far gone due to dust which kills computers and clogs everything, within hours they said they had replacement computer 5 years newer with more gig, for total 120 for computer and 80 labor, I basically have a newer better computer for 200. I love these guys, very professional, super happy, highly reccommend

Excellent prices if you’re there to buy, honest & accurate prognoses, & free estimates on repairs (which will run you less than anywhere else I’ve heard of), top-​notch customer service no matter what the nature of your visit may be. Vahn & his dad are the best! I’ve been going here for years, whenever I have a problem with my Mac (they’re both Microsoft AND Apple certified). I’ve bought a couple of netbooks here as well, at great prices. They install software bundles, & can get batteries, hard drives, memory, etc for you usually CHEAPER THAN FRYS! Why, one time, someone swiped my wi-​fi hotspot so I went over to Vahn’s & asked him if I could use his internet connection to go online & contact my ISP to report my device stolen, have another shipped out to me, & he was like «Yeah, sure! No problem. Here’s the password.» I mean, I wasn’t buying a new hotspot from him. He really didn’t profit from it at all, but he DID, because the reason he’s got so much customer loyalty (just look at all these 5 star reviews!) is because he’s a genuinely nice & unconditionally helpful guy, not to mention the most laid-​back salesman I’ve ever met. No pressure here. You want it, he’ll sell it to you at a fair price. You don’t want it, no problem, someone else will. And don’t even get me started about Vahn’s DAD! That guy (in addition to being a sheer genius when it comes to computers) has a real LOVE for his work; a natural born enthusiasm for it. Do you think he NEEDS to sit in the back of the shop, soldering logic boards & replacing LCDs? Do you think he NEEDS to work at all? No. He could have retired years ago, but he genuinely LOVES working on computers, figuring out where the problem lies, or what could be done to to optimize their performance, & because he loves his son. He’s not working there because he needs the paycheck. He’s there because he has a passion for the work, solving people’s problems, making systems run faster, smoother, better, & also to be near Vahn & support him however he can. It’s a REAL family-​run business, & that shows in the integrity with which they conduct their business. They are honest & fair & knowledgeable, and will go out of their way for you. A couple of years ago, I was facing the dreaded EFI Firmware Password Lock Screen, called Vahn up to see if his dad knew how to bypass it. He answered the phone, listened to my question, then politely told me he was not in LA, that he was on his honeymoon. I apologized for bothering him, told him congratulations, & figured I’d have to wait a week or so, till Vahn was back in town, to get my problem solved. Not 2 minutes later, my phone rang. It was Vahn’s dad on the line, telling me I could bring my laptop on down to the shop, that he could help me. Vahn took the time out, during his honeymoon, to call his dad & tell him my problem, give him my number & have HIM call ME! Where else do you get customer service like that? It’s not like I’m even a frequent customer. I may have reason to go to Vahn’s 2 or 3 times a year, & he did that for me. WOW! I’ve probably referred a dozen or more people to Vahn over the years. Each & every one of them is still a customer today. And THAT’S how I know these gets are for real. They really know what they’re doing, they’ll go that extra mile, & they’re courteous, honest, helpful & fair to ALL their customers, without exception.

So happy I found this place. I thought my computer would never be fixed. I have a gateway laptop. I was experiencing several problems with it. Eventually the computer starting making a beeping sound and would not start up. Anyhow, It ended being the hard drive. The guy was able to test it and tell me if it was good. Luckily I had another non-​working computer that had a good hard-​drive. They installed that one in the gateway laptop and installed windows for me again. Great customer service. Great price!!! Fast service. My laptop only took a few days to do. Best of all they don’t charge for a diagnostic. Highly recommend them.

Good guy, good deals, very knowledgeable definitely recommend him for repairs. First time I went to their store I had visited 3 other places before them and no one was able to fix my laptop. Vahn and his dad were able to tell me exactly what the issue was and in a matter of a few days I had my computer back working perfectly. Vahn and his dad are a great team, they are really on top of their work and they are very honest and polite people. My number one go to spot for anything computer related.

Review is only for the repair portion: my family has been bringing our computers here for our repair needs. It’s close by, the prices are very reasonable and I’m left with a fixed computer. He has done screen repair on a asus laptop, hard drive repair on 2 of my dells and all times I’ve been satisfied with result.

My new go to for refurbished computers ! On Friday I picked up a Dell Optiplex 755 with Win 7 2.6gig Pentium Duo 1gig of ram ! Now let me tell you I also fix computers ! These guys are honest…
they have great prices… huge selection… clean loaded certified Windows on all there refurbished computers ! You have to be carful some shops that for this like ad bootleg windows & when you go to update them Microsoft locks your machine up. I updated my computer from them no problem. I am taken two friends there to get them computers ! I highly recommended this shop ! I am A small business owner with internet bussines & need great computer to be up & running !
