They were so great to work with! I was in and out of there within 20 minutes. I bought a new fridge and their prices are very competitive. I bought my washer and dryer at Varouj. They literally went out of their way to help me, because the first time the units came they couldn’t fit into my small space, and they exchanged them for me free of charge, and asked for detailed measurements and photos of the space I have to make sure the next units will fit. I was very distressed at first when the first ones didn’t work out as it was my very first time buying major appliances, but the sales people were so very patient and understanding, in the end the new washer and dryer fit great, even better than expected, and the installation guys are very professional as well and did a superb job.

This was my first time buying an appliance and what a great experience. Both guys who helped me were very nice and great to work with. The fridge I bought was a decent price and the delivery guys were on-​time and fast which I appreciate because I had to go to work. Nothing but the nicest guys there! I bought a refrigerator and a wine cooler. I ordered my appliances and they were delivered in a nice and timely fashion. They put together my refrigerator and helped set up my wine cooler. I would definitely order the rest of my appliances there and I’ve referred a few of my friends.

I needed a filter for my ice machine that I couldn’t find anywhere but online which would take a week to receive. I called Varouj Appliances and talked to Vincent. They actually had the filter in stock and he promised to send it out that day. He did and I got the filter as promised. Vincent was helpful and nice. I will call them again.

I use Varouj Appliances all the time to install microwaves and stoves in apartments we rent out in the san Fernando valley. What I like about Varouj the most is sometimes we get measurements incorrect or order the wrong sized appliance and they are very accommodating when we make these mistakes. You can tell they also care about their customers because of how accurate they are with their appointments and getting appliances install in a crunch. There have been numerous times where we call Varouj with a rush order and they ALWAYS get the job done in time.
A few years back I used to work for a Property Management company called LB Property Management and we used Varouj back then too and they have been awesome since then.

I was in search of some new kitchen appliances and was highly recommended to go to Varouj Appliances. I went in and was helped right away. They are very educated on all their products and really helped me choose what best works for me. There customer service is really awesome too! I called a couple days after my purchase and they were extremely helpful and patient with me. Next time I need a new appliance for my kitchen or wash room I definitely plan on returning to Varouj Appliances. On top of how great they are, they are family owned and it makes me feel so much better to support a hard working family rather than some corporation! I highly recommend checking them out!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Varouj Appliances !!!
I have been working in construction for 9 years, and turning properties around for tenants occupancy in the last 5 years. All the appliances that go into any unit I renovate, comes from Varouj Appliances, not only they help with installation they also help with removing the old appliance if needed. Which to me is a big help. Not ever have they taken more than 48 hours to deliver any item.
My most recent purchase from them was a stove, an emergency purchase for an already occupied apartment they not only rushed to bring the appliance they also installed the stove. Our tenant was happy and I was relieve…

I recently purchased a home and a friend recommended Varouj Appliances for my kitchen needs. I went with a pretty good idea of what I wanted and after explaining them to one of the service guys (Vincent?), he was able to help me narrow down my options until I found the perfect appliances that fit in my budget while still fitting all my requirements. The delivery guys were super helpful and waited until I all the furniture was placed to my liking (I’m a little OCD haha!) and even helped me go over some of the instructions before leaving. Overall an awesome experience; I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends!

Had a great experience with varouj appliances. First of all I want to start with customer service, it was better than expected! I walked in looking for a set of washers and dryers and I was quickly assisted by one of the shop employees. They showed me the exact one I was looking for and I was in and out of there in less than 30min. The following day they brought the washers and dryers to my house and installed it and I couldn’t have been happier! Will definitely recommend this place to my friends
