3D Baby Kisses

I’ve been going here since my second baby. We’ve always had super positive experiences! The staff is rather quiet but they’ve never been rude. I’ve never had to wait, the place is always deserted. It’s really clean and the décor is inviting. The actual ultrasound room is huge and has couches in there if you have a lot of people coming to see the baby. I’ve got nothing but positive things to say about this place and their prices are a lot cheaper than other places in town. They also offer a military discount! I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in need of this type of service.

This place is awesome! So welcoming and comfortable, very intimate experience for your family. I have an awesome video of my son that I can keep for life, and the moment I found out he was a boy. Highly recommended.

This place is great. The girl who did my ultrasound was the one who greeted me when I came in. She was pleasant the whole time. She made sure I got good pictures for the black and white ones and the color 3D ones too. I had a great experience here. I would definitely go back if I have another child

What an amazing experience we had yesterday at 3d Baby Kisses! They were wonderful! Found out we are having a beautiful baby girl. I got a beautiful video and tons of pics to keep forever! Highly recommend this wonderful place!

I wish I could give this place more stars! I bought a Peek a Boo package and me and about 10 family members went in to see my little girl one last time before she’s born! I was the last appointment and the ultrasound tech took us back after about 5 minutes of arriving, My little girl was shy and was covering her face almost the whole appointment but the tech kept trying her best to get her to move. She was so patient and laughing and joking along with my family. Needless to say I paid for a 20 – 25 minutes season and we were in there for almost an hour! We only got one okay picture of baby’s face and I was a little upset but then the tech said I could come back for free to try again to my surprise. I know places like this usually bring you back for free to try to get good pictures one more time but not after spending 30 more minutes then what you paid for! The second time around we got good pictures and I was very pleased. I recomend this place to anyone.

I have been here twice for a heartbeat check for my piece of mind and the front desk and ultrasound Tech have been very patient with me. They explain everything they see to me and ease my mind that my baby is ok. They have a big picture on the wall so you can see your baby active and clear. I will definetly be coming back for my 4d pictures. I recommend this place to anyone that wants excellent customer service and a the comfort knowing your baby is doing good.

The service was absolutely terrible on our particular visit. My wife and I came in (no one else was in the waiting room), and waited nearly 10 minutes before my wife had to say «hello» to even be acknowledged by a staff member who also sounded like she was irritated my wife «had the nerve» to say hello. Ok, no one was in the waiting room, and how many times is the «annoying chime» going to go off before you actually say anything to your customer?
In fairness, the technician was with another customer in the ultrasound room, but how hard is it to say, «I will be right with you» or something along those lines?
After being seated in the actual ultrasound room, the technician was then late by at least another 5 – 10 minutes doing who knows what. She then comes in says «sorry», but it was an unapologetic sorry to fill the void.
We sat with the another employee in complete silence waiting for the technician, and the technician herself was just as unfriendly, asking a single question about my wife taking a pregnancy test or not for the ENTIRE ultrasound. Uh, yes, she took a pregnancy test numerous times, and we did not just swing by the neighborhood to do an ultra sound as a random decision for the day.
Again, in fairness it is possible this is a standard question everyone gets, but the question seemingly was posed since she did not «find» the baby right away implied like, «why are you even here»?
Other than that, it was awkward, and the bottom line is both employees seemed pretty unenthused to be doing their jobs.
We did not bother to document the names of who they were.
The ultrasound:
The ultrasound was amazing, as this was my first experience seeing how it works. Technology is simply amazing as an understatement. I was fascinated to hear the baby’s heart beat, and to actually see anything at this stage was something incredible to me. Hard to give this business credit for the technology itself.
My wife is 6 – 7 weeks pregnant, so it is hard to think any of this really matters when you are going to be a dad.
Overall, I am just fed up going to places that take your money quick, provide crappy service, and a sense of entitlement when customers can easily take their business elsewhere.
It is hard to knock the price for $ 25.00, but there are plenty of other places to go to that deserve and act like they want your business as a valuable customer instead of this place.
Perhaps this was an isolated experience. As with all things, consider all of the information before making a decision. Perhaps my review will give you just a little bit more info.

Very warm and friendly staff at 3D BabyKisses! Tech was funny and amazing and took many great pictures of our baby. Worth every penny! Amazing and perfect overall!

3D Baby Kisses was a great experience! We came in for my 14 week gender check Calm environment & wonderful staff. Crystal (ultrasound tech) was super nice & professional! I really recommend this place to everyone & will to all my friends who are pregnant right now They also had a June promotion that gave me a scratcher card which revealed a percentage off the services provided today! A+++

Awesome place. The tech didn’t rush and kept trying to find out the sex even though our baby kept crossing his legs! It’s a boy! Couldn’t be happier. And this place is CHEAP! My god. I was shocked it was only 50 dollars for it and it came with a cd and everything!

If I could give this place 6 stars, I would! I bought a LivingSocial deal with them a few months ago and redeemed it today. I have mixed experiences with using vouchers like these and sometimes I feel like I’m treated differently because businesses know I didn’t pay full price, but this was not the case here! Booking the appointment was easy and I even got a courtesy reminder. When my husband and I showed up, the entrance was inviting, and we were taken back to the ultrasound room shortly after filling out the paperwork. The technician was so nice. Our baby was uncooperative and kept sticking his hands in front of the face, but she was patient and persistent. I never once felt like we were rushed. We did get some great images. We also got a DVD of the session and a CD with tons of images. Even at full price, it would have been a bargain, and we’ll be going back in a few weeks with our families! They have a nice area in the ultrasound room for visitors to sit and the images are displayed on a big screen. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. I will also say that we’d been to another local elective ultrasound place early on (for a heartbeat check), so we do have another experience to compare this one too. At 3D Baby Kisses, not only were the prices more reasonable for what’s included (based on full price, not the deal we got) but the atmosphere was much friendlier. The receptionist at the other place was sort of cold and I felt like the tech was watching the clock to stop the session at the exact second of the publicized length of the viewing, neither of which were the case here. If you’re getting an elective baby ultrasound, go here. You won’t be disappointed. (I’m 26 weeks pregnant, by the way.)
UPDATE: We went back yesterday (at 29 weeks) with both sets of our parents. The baby was not very cooperative, but the tech was still able to get some good photos by having me roll to both sides and get him to move a little bit. Our parents loved the experience and we were pleased with how it went. While we don’t plan to do another elective ultrasound before our baby’s due, we’d definitely recommend this business to other parents wanting a glimpse inside the womb. Definitely 5+ star treatment.

My expirience here was amazing! Everyone was so nice and friendly, the place was big and roomy. I brought 8 family members with me and could have easily brought many more comfortably. I am so pleased with the ultra sound tech, she went out of her way and took as much time as needed to confirm my babys gender. (Legs were crossed, he fell asleep, was very difficult.) but she did
It! And i am so very happy!!! I will absolutly be back during my pregnancy.

I purchased a Coupon for tihs Company a few months ago for my daughter. WHAT an experince that was, I had no Idea how advanced technology had gotten.
Baby kisses is very roomy, extremely immaculate, service is exceptional one on one. Place is BEAUTIFUL just like you were at home. They aer really good people there.
If you know someone who is preg. I advise you to take them THERE, it is a Drive, but so Ultra Worth it.
They really do a WONDERFUL WONDERFUL WONDERFUL Job. And the place is VERY Beautiful, our family enjoyed every single minute of this Beautiful event, and we also learned the sex of our little one coming.
The Technician even did that for us so nicely, «It’s a Boy», YAHOOOOOOOOOO…
We will be going again at our 30^th week that will be pretty soon. Images were so very clear and so very beautiful. Looks so Real and SO alive as if our Little Young man was already here !!!

Went to 3D Baby Kisses and we had such an amazing experience! The staff is amazing and the facility is so nice. My Photos and video is really nice and they walked us through all our baby’s movements. Thanks for the unforgetable experience… Will deffinately will be back for baby #2! By the way It’s a GIRL!
