I was really disappointed with how Staples handled a rebate for an item I purchased. I mentioned this to Melissa, the assistant manager, and without batting an eye, she made it right. I was impressed with her helpfulness and willingness to fix the problem. I had debated ever returning to Staples again and am now glad that I did.

I just don’t understand how the Staples on N. 5th St. can be the exact opposite of the one in Henderson on Lake Mead Parkway. In Henderson, you are greeted immediately when you walk through the door and asked if you need help finding anything. At N. 5th you get the ‘avoid eye contact at all costs and don’t acknowledge the customer in any way’ treatment. After taking several laps through the store, I finally gave up trying to get the attention of somebody to come to the back of the store. The four of them were too busy yukking it up around the cash register with their backs turned to the store to notice all 3 customers inside. I will say that N. 5th store has the best sense of humor, though: walking out empty-​handed and just a little bit pissed, one of the POS’s up front asks «Did you find everything OK?» What’s it look like to you, Einstein? F this place. Never going back.

Their sign says they close at 7 but I needed to stop in at 645 to grab some ink… I knew exactly which one I needed but they had already locked the doors??? Uhhh… Change your hours then so I don’t have to think your open until a certain time when you really aren’t…

If you need to use a fax machine, this is your place to go. I’ve only been here several times for ink and to use their fax machine. Their back to school sales are pretty awesome, so i usually only shop here during late summer/​early fall.

Ruined a poster I sent in to laminate on a display. Tried to slip it by me. They did not even offer any remuneration for their poor service. I would not use their printing and services aain.

If you’re in need of some quick office supplies this is a quick place to grab all of those things… but at a price.
I defiantly would do research before buying a computer here as you may find almost anywhere else is cheaper than this place but other than that if you NEED something for your home or office then here is your store!

Great place for over all office and school supplies. Great selection of writing pens.
Found great deal on HP injet photo paper with 50 sheets only $ 1 after mail in rebate, so for photo shop and scrapbooking fans, stock up and save.
