North Pointe Dental

I have been going to North Pointe for about 8 years. For one year during that time I had to see another office because of my insurance. Total different experience; I was so happy to return to Dr Wong and the staff at North Pointe once I changed insurances again. For my last visit Calvin was my hygienist and he did wonderful job. Great office that I have recommended to anyone looking for a dentist.

Best dental practice! Got toothache, went in, Dr. Wong examined and recommended crown as I expected. I had few crowns done so I know what to expect. Receptionist worked with my insurance, assistant got procedure started right away, took about an hour, little sore few hours later and next day couldn’t notice a thing, 2 weeks went by and the temporary cap still there which was my concert, I had it came off in the past so definitely wouldn’t want to deal with that specially around holiday’s season. 3 weeks later went back and get the real crown… Everything went perfect! And That’s hard to say about dentist experience.

I think this is the best dentist I have been to, the staff is great. I highly recommend them.

I must say that I hate going to the dentist. It has been 3yrs and I just went last week. To say the experience was quite amazing is an understatement. They were all kind and gentle. 5 stars to their whole staff at Ann Road. Jen was helpful from the start.

Their front office is very friendly and helpful. Love Jennifer s attitude wish there are more people like her. And what a wonderful back staff, the girls are friendly and so nice. Dr. Wong is an easy going man

This has got to be the best dental office ever! Dr. Wong is very professional, explained everything in detail, and was very patient and kind with my kids and I. The staff are friendly and helpful. I’m so very happy I finally found such an amazing office! Highly recommend this office!

I was terrified of going to the dentist due to a traumatic experience I had when I was younger. I went in today as an emergency and had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff was very professional and extremely friendly and Dr. Wong was so kind and gentle (even while extracting my tooth.) The cost was very fair and I will definitely be returning in the future. You guys rock!

Dr Wong and staff are great. Office is clean and organized. Very little to no wait time, and the care is always above and beyond :-)

My family has been going to this dentist forever! Close to home and his front desk girl candy was the best. (She’s no longer there.) now every time I’m there dr. wong (I think is his name) is so mean and snappy to his hygienists it just bothered me being in his chair and not being able to say something.
I’ve always had ban anxiety when going to the dentist because there hasn’t been a time that I’ve left with less than 7 cavities! I’ve thought my teeth were awful my whole life! Finally on my last time there when the dentist numbed my gums to fill one of my million cavities he hit something, half my face and eye swelled up for a week! He just said «oh it will go away»
Needless to say I’ve moved on to another dentist in town. Who is amazing! And when he told me (3months after dr. wong told me I had 9 cavities) that I only had ONE cavitity! ONE!!! I was shocked and kinda mad at the same time that he had been lying to me, and my mouth is FILLED with fillings that who knows if I really needed! Not a good business…
