Organic Dry Cleaners

Scam going on here with pricing. Will charge for dry cleaning when laundry is all that is need. Also alterations are ridiculous expensive. Go anywhere, stay away from these characters.

** THE WORST SERVICE*** This past weekend I took my graduation rob in to get steamed and the first thing the guy told me is it cost $ 25.00. I told him that was way too much and I would find another place, he then told me that there was no other dry cleaners nearby that could steam my rob. So I decided to leave it since I needed it for pictures the same day. When I got ready to pay him with my debit card, he told me he could only except cash so I would need to go get cash and come back. When I finally made it back my rob was not ready so I had to sit and wait. While I was waiting I notice this guy was really ripping people off. He told one of the customer because her items were only $ 8.50 she would need to go get cash because anything under $ 10.00 is cash pay only. Then he told another guy he could pay half of his $ 65.00 fee with his debit card but he would need to go get cash for at least $ 30.00 or he could go get the full $ 65.00 in cash and come back and pay. After I sat there for over 20 min waiting on my rob, the jerk finally got done, and when I paid him he didn’t give me a receipt. When I asked for a receipt he asked me what did I need a receipt for, I told him because I needed one so he made up some crap with just the price on the receipt but not showing what services I received. So I asked for another receipt showing what services I got and he got pretty upset and say WHY DO YOU NEED A RECEIPT. He than made up a new receipt that just said Gown on the receipt. I will go to take a manager this week about him. PLEASE DON’T TAKE YOUR DRY CLEANING TO THEM******

Lost a pair of my pants and said there is nothing they can do. Have been coming here for almost two years. A new guy was working the front counter and kept having to go to the back and ask how to do things and eventually gave me my receipt. I came back the next day to find a pair of my work pants missing, go home and check to find they are no where in sight. Go back to the store and ask to look around, the guy said hold on and have a seat and gets on the phone and looks at one set of cleaned clothes and was told they do not have them. I showed them the picture when i dropped them off since i had quite a few items and argued that it was never there. The previous time my stripes on my uniform got burnt and had to get it re-​sown to hide the burn. Stay away from this place, horrible customer service and will not fix their mistakes. Goodbye 50 dollar pants and I paid to get my other uniform fixed.

I just moved to the Vegas area from Los Angeles a couple of months ago. My father recommended I try Organic Cleaners out as they have good prices. I’ve already been there a few times and I’m very impress with their customer service especially Ishmeel (I hope that’s his name or if I spelled it right). I usually drop off a number my dress shirts for work here and they clean the shirts very well. I had a view dress shirts that have the oily stains around the collars that are hard to remove and clean but Ishmeel noticed they didn’t clean it well. He immediately said he wanted to re-​clean it and give the collars some spot treatment which a customer usually has to request and it’s an extra $ 1 for the treatment but he would clean my shirts for free this time since I didn’t know. When I returned he was right and the spot treatment worked really well on all my dress shirts. I’m definitely going to continue to use organic cleaners.
They also have a drive through and they do tailoring and the pricing seems very reasonable so I might try them out for that in the future.

Not happy with service. Charged $ 6.50($ 3.50 to launder a shirt and $ 3.00 for spot treatment). Spots were still on shirt. Couldn’t allow them to clean over because my husband was leaving within 2 hours for his flight. Therefore, Asked for refund because shirt was in poor condition. He had the nerve to say he would not give a refund because he can’t get his spot treatment solution back. Then he had nerve to say he couldn’t get his time and energy back that he used to work on the spot. First of all he charged me the price of dry cleaning when he should have charged me the launder price. If he had laundered the shirt like I asked, the spots would have came out on their own which shows he does not know anything about cleaning.

Going for years, no problems what so ever
Prices are great compared to other dry cleaners, same day pick up if your in there early enough, and these guys use organic products to dry clean.
What more do you need from a dry cleaner?

Worst customer service EVER! I went in today to have my down comforter dry cleaned and spot cleaned. I was told it was $ 65, and I could do 50% down. I paid, left the blanket and went on my way. Came home and did some research and found out that the same blanket I was having laundered only cost $ 50.
Not seeing the point in paying $ 15 extra when I could get a new blanket all together I went back to get my blanket. This was less than an hour later.
The guy working was the same one from an hour previously. I told him what I found out and requested my blanket back and a refund for my deposit. He told me, «I don’t know how to do refunds. We’re a small business, you should just support us.» I was appalled. I’m trying to save money on this economy not give it away.
He then said that he was going to call the merchant to see how to refund me. He asked me to move aside as another customer was there. As soon as the guy was ready to pay, he hung up the phone with the merchant so he could run his card.
He then tells me, «I’ll refund you later today, and I’ll call you when it’s done.» Not acceptable. I just wanted my money back and he said a cash refund was not an option. He began staring me down and using the «small business» pity party line and I explained to him that I too work for a small business and I would never deny someone a refund because «I didn’t know how.»
After being there 30 minutes he asked for my id and simply ran my card as refund. Note, he didn’t need my id to charge me.
I will NEVER return to this place. Someone needs to give him some customer service training. And stop asking for free money when you’ve rendered zero services.

These brothers always remember my name, get my clothes down quick and spot clean for me and have sewed a couple buttons on for me, they needed help with getting the crease figured out on military uniforms but after a time or two they did it and clothes were all good… Keep it up guys

I really like this place. They are the best cleaners I have used. The gentleman at the front desk is always courteous and personable. They cleaned my duvet cover until is was perfect, as well as a leather jacket. Great attention to detail. I trust them with anything.

I stopped by last week to dry clean 3 items: 2 cream/​black dresses and a pair of black men’s dress slacks. The drop off process went well and I paid before I left since they offer a pre-​pay discount. The three items was just short of $ 16 and would be ready the next day after 6pm.
I went to pick up the items two days later, but was told one of my dresses needed to be run through again. I wasn’t necessarily happy since I know dry cleaning can be rough on fabrics, but I would rather have a clean dress to wear than one that still appeared dirty. I was able to pick it up Monday after 4.
Today I went to pick up my dress and it looked discolored, almost like it was washed in tea. I told the gentleman that it looked strange but that it may have been the lighting in the store. I brought it home and inspected the garment under a few different types of light (bathroom, living room, and even brought it outside). Nope, I wasn’t crazy, it was obviously discolored– a couple of the tags had even turn brown. There was also a black smudge on the shoulder and the clasp at the top of the zipper was mangled.
I called to ask about why the dress had been discolored (I wasn’t really upset, it was an even discoloration, I was just curious if it was a process unique to their dry cleaning). They told me that with a few more washes, that the color would fade to become bright and whiter again. They invited me back to wash my garment a few more times, I declined and told them I wouldn’t be back, and that I was unhappy with the clasp they ripped apart. The fabric of my dress also seems rougher than when I dropped it off, but I’m going to chalk that up to the dry cleaning process until I become more familiar with it.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, and am still on the hunt for a dry cleaner that won’t ruin my wardrobe. :(
