Staples Dental Implants and Reconstruction

So I took 3 of my children here and had to fill out 5 pages of information for each one, which they had me stay in the main reception room while they took my children back (which at the time seemed like they just wanted me to fill out the paperwork). Well I’m not one for leaving my children with strangers whose job it is to have there hands on them and was uncomfortable with basically them giving me looks like I was in the wrong. Anyways, kids loved the dentist, and I’m sure he is a great dentist, but when I took my 10 year old daughter back for a follow up appointment and had no paperwork to fill out, they informed me that it was their rule that only the patient was allowed back there (which by the way, you might want to read that paperwork that you signed where you initialed all the agreements in your kids name). Needless to say, I told them politely that we would not be back and we left without being seen. While I see all the glowing reviews on this place, if your the type of parent to leave your kid alone with someone you don’t really know whose job it is to have their hands on them and occasionally give your child anesthetics, then by all means, this place is for you

Dr. Staples and his staff are amazing every time I come in. As soon as you walk in the ladies in the front are quick to greet you. My appointment was originally at 2:30 but one of the front girls had called asking if I would like to come in sooner due to a cancellation. I had an emergency situation and mind you I’m 37 weeks pregnant. I was able to get in the same day and have an extraction and bone graft done. They never fail me and always keep my best interest first. Hoping we don’t get orders to a new base because I love Dr. Staples & his staff!

I went to get a consultation for an implant. I had my 15 mo girl with me. The staff was very friendly and helped me to entertain my daughter while I was getting the X Rays done. Dr. Staples showed me the images and explained me what is wrong with my teeth very clearly. I will come back to get the implants and maybe I’ll change dentist since they are closer

The staff is always very nice & efficient. Dr. Perdichizzi is the best dentist! I am the biggest scardie cat and am terrified of the dentist but this dentist is very kind, gentle and patient. I have had 4 visits already. He even made a follow up phone call after 2 separate appointments to make sure I was doing ok which is unheard of these days! I will never go anywhere else and will definitely refer everyone I know to this dentist! Go visit them, you will not be sorry!

I had a broken tooth, as well as a wisdom tooth bothering me so bad! I called them, went in that week and was seen immediately. I had previously went to another dentist who said I would need to go under anesthesia to have these removed as I have super deep large rooted teeth. Well I am not comfortable with that, so when I went to Staples I let them know of my previous experience. They were able to start right away removing these 2 teeth for me. They discussed the insurance information clearly and I have since then paid my portion off. They offer a bone graft to fill the holes so that future implants can go in without issue. I went back to my follow up and was pretty irritated I had to wait like 30 minutes. The Dr finally came to explain they were helping a patient who also had deep rooted teeth like mine. So I understood and was ok with that. But even still, they brought me a $ 10 Starbucks card to make up for me waiting! So awesome, everyone is super nice. No judgement was passed as I have been without Dental Coverage for years and I am just now able to get some work done. I will totally be going back here to get my bridge and implants!

My first visit with them was an unexpected blessing! I went in for a consult 2 days before my birthday to see what all could be done to replace the faulty denture I had from another dental implant Dr. that kept breaking, one better constructed. I went in with all the front teeth broken off from my denture and left there with my teeth intact, secure and ready to eat more than just gum birthday cake this year. Dr. Staples said they couldn’t let me leave there like that. (With no front teeth on my denture) The care and compassion they showed me on my first visit tells loads about the character of this Dr. and his staff. I’m so grateful for what they did for me and look forward to the new denture they are going to construct for me. I recommend this dentist to everyone!!!

Just a quick update — went back for my follow-​up and wanted to quickly let everyone know, my first experience wasn’t a fluke! Worked with a different dental assistant (hygienist?!) and they were so friendly. Was a total baby when getting the shot to prepare for drilling, and they were so understanding, even rearranged the set-​up so I could watch Food Network during the whole cavity/​filling process — was so much more relaxed than the first time! Recommend them to all!!!

I have been looking for a good place to go in town. The staff is very friendly and professional. They made me feel very comfortable and were able to ease any of my concerns. I have enjoyed every visit I have ever had to this office! I won’t go anywhere else.

Great and friendly staff! They had me in and out very quickly and were flexible when I needed to reschedule my appointment. Definitely recommend.

We have been with Staples for a while, and honestly they were okay, up until my wife missed a few appts (and called to cancel btw). She was told by the «Office Manager» basically the doctors time is more valuable then us as patient. End result? WE WILL NOT BE GOING TO THIS OFFICE. I would advise you to think twice when a doctor cares more about «how many appts» you have missed then treating you like a human being that has issues. Oh and even though the «Office Manager» didn’t bother to ask, one appt missed by my son was when his biological father died and he was scheduled to have his wisdom teeth removed and my wife had to cancel a couple of extractions because she gets overwhelming migraines. But WHO CARES about the patient and the issues they may have as the doctors time is way more valuable than the patients right? NOPE, funny really they just lost 4 peoples business with 3 dental insurances. Guess that is what happens when you put profit and time management against people and there daily lives. Please look at Lori B. posting, this doctor does not care about the patient, the pain they are in or they problems they may have, he is GODS gift to dentistry apparently and well you get that PRE-​Madonna type attitude when he works on you. Both times I have had cavities done he sat in the chair a total of 5 mins (all the preparation and numbing shots was done by his staff who wait on him hand and foot) and the last time, his «new» dentist that he hired dealt with me because apparently I did not rate enough to see him personally. All I can say it takes alot to build trust (especially with a dentist) and when you really stand in the big picture, and he chooses to treat my wife like a POS for missing a couple appts, well he just lost 4 long time patients, and it was because of his own doing. Please do not waste your time at this office, you will be disappoint in the customer service (THERE IS NONE!) and the overwhelming B.S. that his time is more valuable than yours!!! Find a doctor who cares and will take time out to treat you like a human being!!! This is not the place let me tell you. I will be transferring my family out of this office and to someone who cares.

Complete scam artist! Doctor said I would need three crowns AND 3+ fillings minimum. I went and got two other opinions and both said there is NO way I need that much work! 2 fillings, max, no crowns! The dr was mad I was coming to his office for the first and last time since I would be moving. DO NOT GO HERE!

Honestly, I had a hard time posting this because I don’t want word to get out and the office to get too busy that appointments become hard to come by.
I just had the best experience ever! The office itself is clean, well decorated and smells nice. Dr. Staples is friendly and professional, and the other staff that I encountered were the same.
Even though I left with three follow-​up appointments because I need some major work done, that couldn’t even put a damper on my experience.
I would give ten stars if I could!

Well plain and simple I have a huge fear of going to the dentist… I mean I’d rather give birth a hundred times than go… But my face got really swollen due to a broken infected tooth… I let the staff know about my fear and the staff apologized for my past bad experiences (childhood dentist in California)… They had assured me that they will try their best for me to overcome my fear. Upon checking my tooth they let me know step by step what they were doing… I ended up having to get my tooth removed… I freaked out due to my fear… But the staff kept talking to me and was trying to make me feel at ease… In no time my tooth was out (thank god). I’m not saying I’m cured from my phobia but I am brave enough to come back here again to get more work done… I’m still very afraid but I believe little by little I can overcome that if I continue to come here! By far the best service I have ever received from any dentist and staff! I would recommend everyone here!

I went to Dr. Staples office today to get some x-​rays done and figure out my options of dental care. He and is staff are just amazing. I scheduled my next appt. can’t wait to go back.
Went back again for the 3 time. 2 deep cleanings and my wisdom teeth pulled.
Hands down best dental office in town I would not ever go anywhere else.

Im changing my review from a 5 star to a 1 star. For the second time I had a bad experience with the OFFICE MANAGER. Previously, when I was late she let me know about it in a very nasty manner and sent me on my way with my tail (feelings) between my legs. For this most recent appointment I made sure I was on time because I did not want to have to experience her again. Well, she told me that I did not have an appointment. I assured her that I did have an appointment and I even showed her the text reminder I received on my phone. She would not even look at it. She became condescending accompanied by exaggerated hand movements, and last but not least, the big eyed stare down. She stated «You don’t have an appointment because Dr. Staple obviously can’t be in surgery over here (hand motion to the right) and putting your crown in over here (hand motion to the left).»
Someone in the office made Dr. Staple aware of the situation and he did come out to insert my crown (took 5 minutes). I made Dr. Staple aware of my experience and told him that it happened before. He stated that he would talk to her and that it would not happen again. Well, it happened again before I even left the office.
On my way out the OFFICE MANAGER had a print out of my appointment and stated that a faulty computer glitch accidentally cancelled my appointment. I told her that I was mostly bothered by the way she spoke to me and that she would not even hear me out or look at the text reminder from my phone. The OFFICE MANAGER then started in on me again stating, «She did not like the way I came at her» insinuating that I started a confrontation with her. I guess a client stating, «Hi my name is XXXX and I’m here for my appointment» is problematic for her.
I felt that the OFFICE MANAGER must be a family member or shareholder to think that she could behave in such a way. She has some serious job security to think that she can talk to Dr. Staple’s patients in this manner. An OFFICER MANAGER should know how to talk to clients and should know how to DE-​ESCALATE a situation rather than escalate. An OFFICER MANAGER should represent the organization’s CORE VALUES and behave accordingly. Dr. Staple is a very nice dentist and very good at what he does. He goes above and beyond for his patients. The OFFICE MANAGER should mirror these qualities SO THAT DR. STAPLE IS WELL REPRESENTED. The OFFICE MANAGER probably treats the staff the same way she treats Dr. Staple’s patients.
This is not an isolated incident… I know this because I did not do anything to bring this on. Dr. Staple, my assumption is that you value this OFFICE MANAGER over the way your patients are treated, this is why I am giving you one star. This behavior is a NORM for her and came out too easily without hesitation or fear of reprimand. She was confident that she could treat me this way. The icing on the cake is that she was WRONG and I did in fact have an appointment… and she still continued to give me her wrath.

Having lived in Las Vegas for 5 yrs now I have been to some awful dentists and had stopped going for the last 2 yrs. A friend recommended them to me as many military spouses appear to go here. I thought I would give it one last try if not I was going to fly back to the UK to where I know my dentist is first rate and I miss going to every 6 months.
My first experience here today was fantastic. From the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist, fantastic treatment and all very friendly and knowledgeable. The receptionist knows the metlife insurance inside out which is a benefit for us military spouses and the hygienist was very nice and very thorough and explained to me the issue and how they would fix it in a way you could understand. The dentist Dr Staples was also very pleasant and you can tell he views you as a patient, not a visa card payment. Have already booked my first follow up appt for treatment and am looking forward finally to finding a great dentist that I know is going to take great care of me.

So I finally got actual cavities filled here at staples dental now. I have to say the dental assistant was great! The doctor did a great job with my teeth. I will say I’m so happy to have found a dentist I really like going to!

The one and only dental place I’ve ever been to that i actually enjoyed being there was this place. Just got 2 wisdom teeth pulled a few days ago, and granted, i’m still in pain lol, but i still like them. The staff were so friendly, nice and informative. They all had a good sense of humor and it was so easy to carry a conversation and joke around and not feel like I had to keep the conversation so serious, short and boring. The dentist and hygienist/​dental assistant (whoever was there when the dentist pulled my tooth) were both very gentle and kind. I freaked out a little, and she (hygienist) calmed me down and comforted me :) I didn’t feel a thing when my wisdom teeth were pulled. This is the most comforting dental environment i’ve ever been in so I’d definitely recommend this place for those of you looking for a good dentist.
