Went in yesterday & needed help with knowing what is the best products to use on brides. Keegan was the only one working & he was above & beyond helpful. He was so nice & I could tell that he was passionate in what he does. Love seeing this at MAC, especially for makeup artists starting out & needing some expertise ! Keegan you rock!

Friendly and knowledgeable (obviously in regards to makeup) which makes it just more fun when shopping for makeup :) my favorite are the eyeshadows and false lashes

My daughter and I love Mac makeup and we used to go to Courtney the makeup artist she was so nice to us that’s why I contract Courtney to do the makeup for 6 people but for mistake my daughter pay extra money and when We went to see she accept the mistake and she told me that she will send me the check by mail but 2 days later she called me and said that she is not going to send anything. That so sad that we trust in Courtney because we thought she was a professional makeup artist. I could not be anymore disgusted and to think that is how a loyal and frequent customer is treated. It never makes a difference how busy they are at Mac. Both Lyndsey and Sara always got out of their way to help everyone out. If your not happy with a particular look., they NEVER take it personal. They strive to always make you happy with the look. Plus, they are never too pushy, they are honest with a color that may be a duplicate look of sorts. I highly recommend going there. They really know their business and product. I come all the way from Chicago just to get my Mac fix :-)
