FYI: These folks are HVAC. The name on my invoice is New Wave HVAC.
Today Tom from New Wave HVAC came over and diagnosed an ongoing problem in 10 minutes. They were in and out in two hour and charged me under $ 300.
My problems were ridiculously simple, yet somehow another company had misdiagnosed it multiple times (four visits, three different technicians). I had pretty much given up on the concept of ever having a legitimately warm house in Chicago winters.
Thanks to Tom, I’ve had to turn off the heat in my house because we are BROILING.
Please, please, please call Tom for any heating work you need. I got his name through a trusted contractor and as someone who maintains a three-​flat, I can’t tell you what a relief it is to now have a ‘go to’ guy.
Don’t let the Northlake/​Antioch address fool you. He has no trip, emergency or overtime charges.
