Very disappointed. I made an appointment for a cat bath and brush out for a short hair kitty. the groomer spent maybe 20 min on her. needless to say– she still has a great deal of fur shedding. i did call to let them know i was not happy. his explanation was that it was summer– and unless i wanted the cat shaved– even right after a bath there would be shedding. yes i agree to a point– but perhaps if they had taken a little more time brushing?
will not use them again.
