Established in 1986.

Mike McNulty earned his real estate license in 1986, having grown up the son of a successful real estate broker, Jerry McNulty. He also has over 25 years experience as a real estate appraiser. His understanding of the market and home values is unsurpassed. Nadine McNulty earned her real estate license in 1996 in order to help Mike with his real estate career. It was at that point that she found a passion for real estate. Understanding the market with all it’s transitions and the added bonus of helping people is what she does best. She realizes that buying or selling a home is one of the most stressful situations most people encounter. She is skilled at navigating clients through difficult situations that come up during a transaction. She is a trusted Realtor whose service is second to none. Both Mike & Nadine were born and raised in the San Fernando Valley and are dedicated to their community.
