Pizzasaurus Rex

Great place for cheap pizza. Their deals are great and delivery is free what more can you ask. But sometimes on a blue moon the pizza will be kind of soggy, but again that rarely happens. And did I mention they are great people working there! I just usually get there two cheese pizza deal and add some topics for anyone that wants any.

Ordered several pizzas for a party. Delivery was right on time and everyone said it tasted great!

Lots of over the top reviews… usually equals grain of salt…
This was not the BEST pizza I’ve ever had.
It was good and the price was fair. The cheese they use has a great mouth feel or chewiness if you will. The toppings were plentiful on my Rex medium that I carried out.
I would order again but probably a large cheese for my kids… or if I was in college again and I wanted a good reasonably price local non big chain pizza.
I have to mention that the customer service experience from the phone call to the pickup at the counter were extremely pleasant. The staff was pleasant and very courteous. Kudos to them for what has come to be a lost art in today’s society.

Great Pizza. So delicious. We have tried the Veggie and the Chicken Fajita thus far and loved both. It is about $ 3 more than the chain pizzas, but it is worth it!

I’m writing this with greasy fingers that are damaging my iPhone. The pizza was decent, I think it’s more worth your while to go to the market and get a Digorno. Medium had 8 small pieces, not even enough for 2 hungry people. $ 9.50. Speedy service, took 5 minutes in between call time and pick up, which is a bit questionable. The pizza is greasy, really greasy. Had to go before leaving CSUN, won’t regret not going until my final days.

Had to try this place before I left CSUN. Customer service was good and really fast. I mean I placed my order and literally within 10 minutes it was ready. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza for $ 9.50. The pizza itself was just average it filled me up, but pretty greasy. No CSUN student discount which is weird since it’s a block from the school. Even though it’s not delivery I still might go with a digornio instead.

Great Pizza! I’m not the biggest pizza guy but this place does it right! I’ve only had a few issues with service and they always take care of me. That’s not bad considering my roommate and I have ordered from here more times than I care to remember. Enjoy!

So my all time favorites are the Double Cheese and Rex House Special. However I recently tried it will the Franks Red Hot Sauce and it just kicked up the flavor! Talk about party in the mouth! The hot sauce was recommended by a fellow P Rex fan and I am glad I tried! Not to hot but just enough heat to kick up the already delicious flavors! Love P Rex always!

I love their Meatlovers pizza! I always order from them and it’s affordable! The owner is very nice too! You won’t regret! Thank god it’s in my neighborhood!

I ordered from the Eat24 app and it was my first time trying the app and pizzasaurus rex. I got the deal of two medium cheese pizzas for $ 11. I got a message from the app after I placed the order that my food was being prepared and estimated arrival time. Driver was right on time.
Pizza was hot, just enough oil and really yummy cheese. I don’t even like crust but I did eat a couple bites from it because the dough was actually really good.
It was a good deal and good food. And now I’m excited to try the other items on the menu.

I come here whenever there’s an LA Kings game or a comic convention in the LA Area and it’s the best pizza in the world. Emad the owner is a great guy as always and I enjoy talking football, hockey and sports in general with him and our mutual friendship with Aaron and Sean Schoenke from Bat In The Sun.

really good pizza! I’ve order from here twice and both times were good. for some reason the pizza taste even better reheated in the oven the next day not like other pizza place where the pizza only good when it fresh made and then next morning the leftover are gross, well not this pizza it good fresh and the next day!!!

Excellent price for a simple pepperoni pizza.
I ordered on Unilocal and they have a $ 14 minimum before they can deliver. That’s not a problem because their food is great and the delivery is a major plus too.
Their portions are big and I couldn’t finish the pizza with my friend, and we have a big appetite… which is not a problem anyway because leftover pizza is also good pizza.
I am a fan. I will order from here from now on when I’m craving pizza again next time.

Pizza was good. Nothing special at all. But seriously, charging $ 6 for an order of 6 wings is ridiculous! the wings tasted like shit! Whatever you do, don’t get the wings under any circumstances! Nasty nasty nasty!
Dipping sauces tasted like trash.
While I’m at it, pizza was bland.
I won’t order from this place again. BUT, I’d eat it if it was free.

Great quality pizza — love the dough, their sauce, and fresh ingredients. Definitely try the feta pizza — it’s the most delicious thing ever.

Great deal and great service! I called for a last minute lunch order and they came through in 25 min, 3 large pizzas!!! The cheese pizza was the best! I had actually callled pizza hut, who put me on hold! No time for that! I hung up and called Pizzasaurus rex.

The sauce is amazing and the crust is unbelievable and the toppings are fresh. If you haven’t stopped this gem in the Valley you need to ASAP! Soo Gooood!

Day 2 and eating the remainder of the pizza! This is also my second time ordering from Pizzasaurus Rex, and I think their pizza is fantastic!!! You can tell a lot about a pizza just by how good it is on the second day. The Fajita pizza is a fabulous combination of pizza and fajita. There’s a little of both, and neither seem to overpower the other. There’s also seem to use some sort of spice a mix of salt on the crust which flavors it nicely. The tomato sauce is light, the way they add the red peppers and onions is delicate with an understanding that too much overpowers the flavor, and the chicken is juicy and tender. This pizza is a must try! And an excellent leftover meal as well.
Their garden salad was fine, not mind blowing, but it was a garden salad, and for that it did the job. I do like the amount of banana peppers they add. Really picks up the flavor, and made me forgo using dressing. Which cuts the sugar and calories. Cool ancillary benefit!
Tried the buffalo wings. The sauce was standard, not over the top. Honestly with their fajita pizza being so great, it would be cool to see them try their own hot wing sauce. I feel like this tasted like the others. Still that doesn’t mean I didn’t like it.
The delivery guy arrived quickly, and was friendly, and even supported my choice noting how good the fajita pizza is. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a delivery guy genuinely excited about what they delivered. I can honestly say that it made for an even better dining experience!!! That was cool. He was right too!
We are excited to try the rest of the menu!

I just tried this their pizza and I have to say this is one of the greatest tasting Pizzas in our area and there are a lot of great pizzerias but this has to be rated as one of the greatest and I like the team their respective attitude and the way in which they conducted themselves a very professional team highly recommended I would have to give them five stars!

After going to the liquor store, which is right next to pizzasaurus rex later the same day, the manager whom I had the earlier confrontation with came out of the establishment (if you can call it that) and started verbally harassing me. Then a guy who I belive is the owner came out and told me «thank you for the dollar!» This is honestly such bad customer service, that 2 grown men feel that they have the right to belittle and degrade a 20 something year old girl.
DO. NOT. GO. HERE. They are bottom of the barrel scum.

The pizza is amazing here!!! Huge pizzas and definitely worth the price! My fiancé and I got a large pizza here on our chest day and fell in love! Perfect place to go to when you crave that perfect image of a delicious, cheesy, and dare I say it, greasy, pepperoni pizza! The workers here are also really great and friendly. Wait time was normal and everything comes out so hot and fresh! I prefer this way more than Dominos/​Pizza Hut!

I haven’t had delicious pizza like this in so long! This was my first time ordering from this place and it exceeded my expectations. We had a little gathering at my house and everyone kept asking me where I got the pizza from. Meat lovers pizza is amazing and so are the buffalo wings :) Try this place you will love it !!

I was looking for a better pizza place in the valley and saw on Unilocal that I hadn’t tried Pizzasaurus Rex yet. I’m so glad I decided to give it a try! The pizza is absolutely delicious! I had a Greek salad and it was fresh and yummy! The mozzarella sticks are great too! The prices are cheap and the delivery was fast. I will be ordering from here again!

Amazing pizza and the pick up time was on time… i rather order here than dominos or pizza hut… you can actually taste the herbs and the freshness of the food that you are eating im lucky that this place is jst right around the corner where i live… def ill be a reg customer.

The Pizza is so Original and that’s nice if you want a plain pizza and its very affordable.

SUPER AWESOME PIZZA! And the Guys there are even AWESOMER! Every time I have gone in (3 times now) I have called in for pick up, the man (I forget his name) is very direct, friendly and efficient. The pizza is done when they say it will be done and it is TASTY!!!

damn, this place is A1. meaning, ITS SUPER BOMB! my friend and i ordered a 16″ 3 topping pizza and 6 bbq wings. lord that pizza was great. literally the epitome of fresh! they aren’t lying when they say their dough and sauce is made that morning. you can tell when you bite into that scrumptious slice of heaven. i think the total came out to less than $ 20. they are very generous with toppings and service is very friendly. another spectacular hole in the wall! they had so many call ins and people walking in and out picking up pizza. thanks guys! i will be back! :))))

Totally love it! My husband and I were looking for a pizza spot and after reading the Unilocal reviews we thought we’d give it a shot. We ordered 2 medium one topping pizzas (mushroom/​pepperoni). It was the special for $ 6 each. When we walked in we were greeted by a very friendly man who gave us our order straight out of the oven! Great customer service and the pizza… one word… delicious! It’s the perfect ratio of crust to sauce to toppings. And it doesn’t have that heavy greasy feel. It’s perfect! Totally recommend!

Not only is this Pizza restaurant conveniently located two blocks down from the CSUN Dorms, but the pizza is also very delectable and filling. Having never been there, I expected it to be a normal restaurant with seats and to be a bigger sized building. Upon arriving, I realized how small the restaurant was. It is very simple with little to no color inside. You walk in and order at the counter and as you wait for your fresh pizza to be prepared, you can watch from the counter since the kitchen is right behind it.
The pizza itself was a pretty good size (12 inch) to split between two people. My friend and I decided on three toppings: pepperoni, sausage, and olives (only on my half). Each topping added is an additional price, so the pizza itself came out to $ 11.25. We also ordered Mozzarella Sticks which were pretty tasty, although you could tell they were simply frozen sticks that were heated up for our order– not that we were expecting them to be freshly made.
My friend and I agreed that the pizza was worth the price. They put just the right amount of sauce (not too much, not too little), the crust was crispy and thick, the toppings were delicious. All in all, I would recommend eating here especially if you are a college student looking to eat somewhere good. They also deliver if you are not looking to walk or drive.
