Established in 2007.

Our company started 25 years ago with my cousin performing TV repair out of his store. About 7 years ago, we launched our computer repair division to our local customers and mail-​in services on eBay. We have been very successful over the course of that time maintaining 100% feedback.

I often get asked, how did it all start?

Eight years ago, I had an HP laptop that had a broken DC jack. I took the laptop to a couple of local repair shops and was quoted anywhere from $ 175-​$ 350. I had no choice but to have it repaired at the local shop for $ 175, but the repair consisted of replacing the motherboard. Although the laptop worked great after the motherboard replacement, I couldn’t help but realize that the cost of laptop repair is very expensive. My rationale at the time was: If I can understand how to replace a dc jack on a laptop, I can provide an excellent service at a very affordable price.

After a few months of experimenting and teaching myself how to solder and understand circuitry, I mastered the removal and installation of laptop dc jacks. I felt I was now ready. I started a few «DC Jack Repair» listings on ebay and customers started purchasing them. After a few weeks, I was averaging ten purchases a week and the excitement and vision really began.
