Raffi is awesome! Called early in the morning, made an appointment, he checked to make sure he had the correct MANUFACTURED ORIGINAL PART in stock and showed up on time within the time he told me he’d be here. Fixed my DLP HDTV, replaced my lamp bulb that was burnt out, cleaned the TV inside & out and my TV looks as good as new.

Raffi is AWESOME!!! I have a 28 inch LCD Monitor that stopped working after 5 years of use, so I though I had to replace it. I called him up and he asked me bring in the monitor and he will give a free estimate. Since I had nothing to lose, I took the monitor and once I was in his store he immediately got the information (model no., serial no. etc) gave me a receipt and told me he will take a look at it and call me. Less than 24 hours, I get a call from him stating that he had replaced all the filters and other parts and its in a brand new condition. The cost of repair was very reasonable so I didn’t even bother to ask why it was fixed as I was waiting for an estimate. He is a very HONEST and I would to go to him again for all my TV and Monitor repairs. THANKS RAFFI. YOU ARE THE BEST !!!

Raffi was terrific. Told me my plasma tv was great, better than the new LCDs & worth repairing. Fixed & returned it promptly. Saved me hundreds of dollars & returned a couple times due to time Warner box issues. Always was very nice. Would absolutely use again & recommend.

Very dissatisfied:(Raffi showed up an hour late for a scheduled service appt at our home for our Hi-​Def TV. Prob-​desc was hissing noise and poor picture quality. Arriving an hour late, Raffi looked at the T.V. and said it looks fine to him, grabbed the tv remote adjusted the sharpness from the picture menu, when I said there was no difference; he said that our home was too bright?!? Addressing the hissing issue, Raffi stated that it was due to the cable-​box? If you have a FLAT PANEL, Hi-​Def TV steer clear of Raffi as he isn’t very knowledgeable about flat-​panels and is rather quick to blame everything on your peripheral items (cable-​box), (apple-​tv). We paid $$ for Raffi to adjust the sharpness on our T.V. Set, when this wasn’t the problem …NICE!!!
Obviously the problem was not due to the cable-​box, we disconnected everything from our set turned the unit on and the noise was still there and poor pix quality. We contacted the manufacturer they advise that we replace a the power-​chord of all things! We did, we’re happy and BEST of all we shredded Raffi’s card and sticker he placed on the back of our TV :-) and threw it in the trash, the best place for his contact information and his service!
You can do MUCH better than Raffi, poor customer service, lack of knowledge and doesn’t respect the client’s time!
