Went in today and opened an account for my 17 year old son. Marion helped us. She is an awesome person! This little branch located inside of Vons was the most accommodating experience I have had in a long time. After just having a horrible experience at Première America, Marion really saved the day for us. They offer an awesome free checking and savings for teens! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Marion is exceptional! It is a tiny little location but they don’t lack in customer service here. I highly recommend them!

I was not a Wells Fargo customer, but became one when I inherited an IRA from my mom. When I say it took months, many visits and even more phone calls to get this transferred in to my name, I am not exaggerating. They have 2 or 3 people standing at the door to greet you, and that often felt like too much. Then, the actual bankers don’t have IRA experience, so everything has to be done by phone from the branch with an internal IRA department. You can’t call them yourself. The bankers were somewhat helpful, but they didn’t have the training to handle the situation. I was going through a difficult time and what I kept hearing was, I don’t know, we don’t handle that, you will have to leave a message and they will call you back. I would have appreciated some actual customer service. It’s near my house, and I thought this would be an easy choice. I wish it had been.

As you enter this location, you are greeted right away. Customer service is their priority at this location. A plus. However it doesn’t have a merchant teller so you have to wait in line. Its ok. I was chatting with my Unilocalers.
This location should be the training store for all the other Wells fargo locations to follow. Service is their main Priority. Just be consistent. Stayed focused. Great Job.

Excellent service whenever I go to this branch. All the staff is very helpful. However, I would love to mention about ‘Juan Cabrera’, who I believe is the Branch Manager. He is simply awesome. Impeccable customer service & always ready to help. Though it is a smaller branch (inside Vons), I prefer going there.

This place has the best service by far. Starting with the employees like Delbert and Christian even opening the door for you. They offer water and coffee even if your making a deposit. I love how Tina (personal banker) always keeps up with your account. They always smile and show the customers great service. Anna the store manager always make it a point to say hi and welcome you. I enjoy this bank compared chase and BAC especially service.

I’m POA for my mom and I had to do a lot of banking for her when she was injured. The tellers at this branch are so friendly and helpful I actually closed my bank account at my bank to start banking with Wells Fargo. The line here is usually short and the tellers are always friendly and helpful. Always.

Fargo to the front, shiny produce to the back. The tellers here stare at peaches and eggplants all day, in additional to their line of 2 customers. There’s a Loan office, and usually 2 tellers ready to assist. I enjoy the cool air of veggies on my shoulders while I wait 1 nano second for service. I also enjoy the Vons parking lot, as opposed to Mr. Fargo on the corner of Nordhoff and Reseda (within eyeshot away) where parking is very limited. However, Eyeshot Fargo over there offers me Twix mini’s and asks me how my day is going, gives me a mini water bottle, AND puts a scratch N sniff sticker on my receipt. Dawwww Thats how I’d run MY bank if I had one. 1st place ribbons and apple juice for all! This Vons Fargo just gets the job done.
Deposit your check. Get a roll of quarters for laundry. Pick up some paper towels at the store behind you. Then scrub out in a blaze of glory.

Helpful staff needed temporary checks yesterday Ans they where kind and helpful. That’s what I like about this branch. Even with a long line they helped us out fast! Would recommend stopping here for banking needs!

My roommate was a banker @ Wells Fargo but not this one.
When I’m on my way home, ill go to this one. If I can i’ll go to this one because I built a relationship with a teller named Lissett. She’s pretty cool and upbeat. So instead of just calling me sir she addresses me by my name. I will do my cash deposits here and always offer me a bottle water on really hot days. Good place to go, very customer service oriented. I go when everyone’s not going to cash their check on fridays because its just ridiculous.
