This place is a joke. Every time I walk in here it is crowded out the door, and 2 tellers working the line. After waiting in line a good 20 minutes the teller asked me to get out of line to fill out the deposit slip. In the 7 years I worked at Bank of America I have never had any teller ask a customer to get out of line and fill out a deposit slip. This place is a joke and needs more resources or to have a mass firing, and new employees to be brought in. They do it every Wednesday regardless so I doubt it’ll matter.

0 stars! Worst service ever! Line out the door and only two tellers working. Yikes! A customer asked for the manager 3 times and no one came out. B of A needs to really have a better back up plan when someone calls out sick. Maybe have more tellers and less personal bankers just sitting around. Just a thought…

I wish I could give this location 0stars. Every time I have been here, the wait had been at least 40 minutes and the line is at least 12 people. This is the most poorly managed back of america I have ever seen and is poor representation of their brand.
I saw the Manager pull a friend from the line and exchange money for them without formally checking them in. I’m sure this is against boa policy.
You need to hire more people and get a new manager who does something beside sit in her office. I will be writing a formal complaint to boa corporate today. This is abominable.
