The Fillo Factory

This place is exceptional with respect to both their products and more importantly, with customer service. Not only do they make a fantastic spinach pie, but they go above and beyond serving and appreciating their patrons. 7/​21/​2013 – I neglected to finish my initial review (started in late 2012), but these people are hands down THE BEST at what they produce and how they treat people (at least from my experience). I am a huge fan of their spinach pie (which unfortunately is nolonger offered at Trader Joe’s) and I have been searching for this spinach pie at other stores (Whole Foods etc). THe owner of Fillo Factory was amazingly kind (incredible really) and was so appreciative of my loyalty to his spinach pies, that he sent me 12 pies! at no cost to me. Amazing, and something that still holds a special place in my heart when I think about the goodness of people and how big of an impact that made on me, and how much it ranks for trusting in humanity.
Really an amazing company!
