So happy with their service! I called 5 other local exterminators to checkout fees and services offered. I was looking for flea and tick control and first strike was the cheapest and offered a 60 day guarantee, while others offered only 30 days. Jason came out the next day and sprayed my house inside and out. He was there on time and was very helps in answering all my questions (even when I called him after he left) they also offer follow up service with no contract or commitment. Coincidently, my grandmother had an ant problem the same day he came here and his partner was able to go out to her house the very next day!

Jason is a great example of honesty and Excellent costumer service. He explain clearly everything to me and patiently listed to me even though I have my hard accent lol. Now days in difficult to find honest people like Jason others companies just want to take your money and take advantage of You

In addition to being so professional and pleasant, he is very knowledgeable when it comes to his business. We have lived in our La Mirada home for 18 years and have had an ongoing issue with ants since we moved in. We tried other services with little success. My husband sprayed the entire perimeter of the house every two weeks last summer with various products we purchased from Home Depot and again, little success. I was not looking forward to another summer of not being able to even put my dog’s bowl down in our backyard without it being filled with ants in less than 5 minutes. Unfortunately our dog is a slow eater and it was really a problem to feed him. Jason came out and literally the next day after he sprayed, I couldn’t find an ant anywhere. It has been 1 month since the treatment and it’s warming up and STILL… Not an Ant in sight.

Jason was very professional and outlined the details of the work to be performed. He was very flexible and did his best to cater to my schedule. Had Jason come out to take care of a large bee hive that couldnt be safely removed. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He took care of the problem and even gave me some tips on how to prevent the problem from reoccurring. I’ll be using 1^st Stryke for all of my pest control needs from now on.

I can’t say enough about the professionalism and excellent customer service that Jim provided us. Our house had dry wood termites, and from the initial (free) inspection to the minute the tents came off after fumigation, Jim was a great and easy person to deal with, and provided constant updates on the treatment of our house. I felt he went above and beyond to make us feel at ease during the process and was readily available to answer any questions we had. Among the 4 estimates we got from different sources, Jim gave us the most competitive, and was the easiest to deal with. Thanks again!

I called because I heard some noise in my attic. I spoke with Jason about the problem and he came over that same day. Turned out I had roof rats. He closed all the holes in my roof and he ended up catching two of them. I haven’t heard anything since. Jason was very professional and wasn’t satisfied until I was satisfied with his work. Jason made a few follow ups to check the traps that he left behind, so far so good. I definitely recommend these guys, you’d be lucky to get Jason to come out. Nice guy and he knows his stuff! WOW what can I say!!! Jason knows his stuff! I had a Horrible pest problem in my home! He took care of it right away. I’ve been with so many different pest control company’s but never one like this! Anyone would be incredibly lucky to have Jason Showkeir come to their house for service. I can’t believe how kind, helpful, efficient, and downright GOOD at what he does he is. Don’t bother with any other company, just stop and call Jason. He is so very worth every penny (which is btw, incredibly reasonable & a great value).
Had what we thought was a minor mouse problem in the kitchen, so bought a humane house-​style no-​kill trap online. Unfortunately the mouse went into stove & accidentally got cooked. Had to buy new stove and thought all was taken care of. Then noticed shoes torn up in roommate’s bedroom while he was gone for Christmas/​New Year’s. Thinking it was the dog because door was accidentally left open, we cleaned up and shut door. Next day while looking for something in that same closet saw more torn up shoes. And… oh no! TONS of mouse or rat droppings! Shoot, they were so big they had to be a rat! Oh please no…
Had to block off room & put humane house trap in there as on our way out for New Year’s Eve. Next morning just had to call someone no matter how expensive (it being New Year’s Day & all), as could not handle the thought of whatever was in that room coming into other parts of house. Looked on Unilocal and spent at least 45 minutes reading all the reviews and checking all the co.‘s for this type of issue. Wasn’t sure if he came to Long Beach, but noticed a 5-​star review saying they were in Long Beach & he took care of their rat problem. Called & it went to v.m. saying he was on other line or busy on a job and to leave a message. I thought maybe he didn’t work on holidays and so went to look for another highly rated co. & hung up. Within a few minutes Jason called me back and even though he wasn’t to close to my location he said he’d come shortly for an estimate and just to look over the situation. No obligation.
Well long-​story-​short, I was reassured just by talking to him, he came out and spent a good deal of time assessing the areas and entire property and knew right away my issues. It was indeed a rat and he was confident he could take care of it. My property needed some work though, as he explained it’s easy getting rid of them from the house but the real issue is to keep them out. You won’t have to worry about rodents as long as you keep them out.
So simple. He stayed late and went above and beyond sealing up and fixing entire property. We chatted after and just felt like I’ve known him for a long time. Like the reliable neighbor you grew up with. My daughter and I felt safe with him around. That’s a high compliment. He came back next day (adjusting time for my schedule!), took care of rat, kept out several traps all over original spot, attic, crawl space, etc. & came back again a few days later. No more rodents.
He even followed-​up a few weeks later just to make sure. What a good guy. I am eternally grateful for Jason and plan on calling him in the summer when my ant problem returns. Cuz he’s the type of guy that «if you’re gonna do it, do it right». ‘nough said…

Jim and Jason are great to work with and they really helped us out when we had a time crunch while refinancing. They came when they said they would, did what they said they would do, and sent the reports we needed within hours of completing the work. We will definitely use this company again. We called 1^st Stryke because we were being invaded with ants in our kitchen and no matter what over the counter remedies we tried nothing was getting rid of them. We also noticed mouse or rat droppings in my Mom’s kitchen and living room area. She lives on the same property as we do. Jason said he could came out right away and was extremely knowledgeable about the pest problems. Within one treatment we noticed the ants were gone! He pointed out where the rodents could be entering Mom’s home, closed those entry ways and set traps. He returned a couple of times later to check traps and remove the rodents.
