I had them do my taxes three years. The first two years were straightforward, but in the third year I had an exceptional event. I scheduled a special consultation and was charged a significant fee — an in the end the advice was completely wrong, resulting in my being charged penalties and scrambling on April 5 to come up with funds to pay my tax bill. They are completely incompetent — the essentially punch numbers into a computer program and do not actually know anything about taxes. Avoid this office unless you want to find yourself paying hefty fees and fines for bad advice.
