AAA Appliance Repair

The only thing good about AAA Appliance is that it were the only company that was available to come out same day. Michael seemed very nice and genuine. After fiddling around to find the problem with my refrigerator, he said a part had burned out and he would be able to obtain it the next day with the price to replace it. He returned the next day only to find that he had misdiagnosed the problem. Once he realized what was really wrong with my refrigerator, he simply said «I can’t fix it» and left me with the suggestion to call the manufacturer. I asked him to refund his service fee, since he wasted two days of my time without a refrigerator, due to his misdiagnosis. He declined to refund me. Waste of my time.
