RIP OFF ALERT. Zero integrity. He came over here and was futzing around with the dishwasher for an hour, then he says he thinks (THINKS?) he has it figured out and needs a part, but needs $ 90. for today’s visit, and will be back in a few days to install the part. He takes the 90 bucks, does not leave a receipt after I asked him to, then just disappears. No response after 6 calls over the course of a month. Booo. Maybe he is just getting too old to do this anymore, because my landlord has used him with good results over the years. I have another repair guy over, and he says «Hear that noise? That is a bad drain pump. If he couldn’t diagnose this in 5 minutes he is an idiot».
