Dunkin’ Donuts

Worst dunkin donuts ever. I got an offer for a free travel mug and took it here — they said I «photocopied» it and would not give me the travel mug. Idiots

Craved DD Bavarian cream donuts for awhile and I was happy that this place has it because not all DD sells them. The problem is that it was stale and there was literally less than a half a peas sized cream drop in their munchkins donuts. Some of them didn’t even have any fillings. It’s very disappointing!

Stopped here this morning and I must say coffee was fresh just as were the Donuts. Kind staff. Will be back

Slowest service ever! I honestly thought I was getting punked by how slow the staff works at this location. Also, I hate how the exhaust from the sandwich heater machine blows into your face as you wait for your order.

You might read the other 2 reviews and think why is this guy giving them 5*. I’ve been to a bunch of different Dunkin donuts. Its refreshing to finally go to one that has people who actually speak English. By that I mean I don’t get a raspberry flavored coffee when i order a blueberry, or milk instead of cream, or whatever the mistakes made. When I first started coming here they rarely asked me to repeat the order, except for the times it was loud due to overcrowding. Now I’ve seen the wait times, but they aren’t without reason. Two registers like every other Dunkin, if they have customers with huge orders of course the lines going to back up because now you have one register working. I go between 830 – 11 before work, about 9 – 10 it does get very busy. But i feel it worth the wait in the line their, It’s not because their slow, but because the many regulars keep coming back for coffee done right.

Possibly the WORST service at a Dunkin Donuts ever. I have been inside this DnD a few times & have never been out of there quickly. And I was the only one in line waiting each and every time.
The employees leave one person to man the counter, while the others socialize with each other or just ignore customers. And the one person who does ACTUALLY wait on you is so miserable you just wish you went elsewhere. It takes me 5 minutes to get a coffee only. I would not go here ever again.
Go up the street to the one on Washington Avenue for much better service and friendly employees.

This Dunkin Donuts has been incredibly slow every single time I’ve gone to it. When I first moved to Nutley I thought this would be the DD I went to before work, since it’s on the way but they take so long I can’t do it. The last time I went, I’m glad I wasn’t in a rush because it took 15 minutes to get my hash browns (the only food I ordered), because the girl gave them to a woman that ordered after me then asked what I was waiting for. I will not go here again. The one at Park & Washington is infinitely better.
