Describing my most recent experience with the type of service I received at Taco Bell can be summed up into one word, TERRIBLE! Working the schedule I do, it is convenient to grab some food on my way to work, often times working long shifts, it is nice to be able to have something extra if I get hungry during the shift. This afternoon as I was going through the drive-thru at this Taco Bell, I experienced a member of the Taco Bell staff that really questions whether or not Taco Bell values their customers. This individual who did not have name tag on, can be described as a blonde girl with a serious lack of respect for not only herself, but for the customers as well. She was rude, disrespectful and did not make for a very happy experience. I have enjoyed Taco Bell since I was a kid. I have always found something to eat, and honestly, until this one experience, have never had a NEGATIVE experience with Taco Bell. The blonde woman who was in drive-thru between 200pm-300pm October 25, 2015, was NOT a customer friendly person, and should not be allowed to work the drive-thru nor interact with any customers. Having worked in the fast food industry in the past, I know the stress that one can undergo while having this type of job, but that does not excuse the fact, that she was rude, and unprofessional. Not only that, the Tacos that I did have, were broken. All the shells looked as though they were smashed before put in the bag. It might as well have been a Taco Salad, there was not one shell that was unbroken. Taco Bell you need to really look at how some of your stores are run, and remind some employees how they treat customers, can come back on them, and that the quality of their food is important. I will not be returning to this location, and I hope that those who read this, make the decision to drive the few extra minutes to another location.

Horrible location, sloppily assembled cold food and when you submit a survey about your bad experience the management doesn’t even care enough the call you. Avoid this location, management has changed and couldn’t care less.

I’ve gone to this Taco Bell since I was a child and never had problems with it until this year. Lately this Taco Bell has faltered. If it’s not long lines at the drive through due to the slow service… then it’s the quality of food. Now I get that it’s Taco Bell, but there should be no reason my tacos are not cooked fully and/or not warm. Also when I order any kind of taco I expect the meat, cheese, and lettuce ratio to be fairly balanced. I am not ordering a meatless taco!!! I’ve gone here a few times in the past year and it’s just not what it use to be.

It’s Taco Bell so if you are looking for fine dining experience, than why come here. Fast & friendly! It was a little after lunch time and crew was working hard cleaning and refilling from lunch rush. The manager even gave me a sample of their new ghost sauce when I asked about it when ordering.

The WORST tacobell I have ever been to. Literally all 7 times I have been to this tacobell they have messed up my entire order. The staff is always careless and rude and they need a health inspector to go out and look at their kitchen. The first couple times I thought was a goof and then the third time I started documenting… it’s as though they intentionally mess up your food. If you do dare to eat here… make sure you go inside and watch them prepare your food. you have to request they wear gloves

Just a quick review. It seems recently, this location has stepped up with their customer service. Super friendly place, the food came out hot which we all know that was fast food that is extremely important. Fast food, we all know the food isn’t extra spectacular but it’s more like a cult following. They just have the stuff that no other place really does. I like their remixes on things. Like spicy chicken Doritos locos taco. They still carry the chili cheese fry loaded griller. And up until this point they were the exclusive original creator of the Mountain Dew Baja blast. That’s all folks

Don’t go during lunch hour. Waited over 30 mins for a few tacos. The order taker made several mistakes that I witnessed, causing even further delays as customers had to go back up to get their orders corrected. Also noticed their food permit on the wall read«conditional»???

The wife and I been here couple times. the food was good and hot and the staff inside while we ate there was friendly. But the past 2 times going through the drive thru. They forgot to give us our drinks with our combo and when we asked. the drive thru girl gave a attitude like we didn’t order drinks but when she looked at the receipt and it said we did. she gave us our drinks. no apology. And the drive thru was narrow and the parking lot is small. Overall the place itself is good still. I would come back.

I’ve been in a lot of Taco Bells and I have for the most part been satisfied at this one each time for lunch and dinner. Like so many other places is avoid the drive through because, yes, Joe Pesci was right.

This place should be a model for all other fast food franchises on how to run a restaurant. The place is super clean and the workers seem to be well managed in customer service skills

Someone told me this Taco Bell was rated by their peers as one of the best in the US this past year so I thought I would try it out. I have to say it makes a difference going to a highly rated fast food place like this. The people seem to care about serving you food fast so its as hot as possible. Fastest Taco Bell I have ever been to. I also thought this place was super clean. Its amazing what a difference having a group of people that work hard for the customer. I give them 6 stars if possible. By the way there is another Taco Bell in O’Fallon. Be sure you go to the right one to check this place out.

Terrible. I have been told more than once that my wait will be 20 mins… they run out of product all the time and on a Sat night credit card machine was down. its a shame because almost every Taco Bell I visit is fast, friendly and fun! Needs a new management team.

This is one of the worst Taco Bells around. Drive-thru; either they don’t have what is on the menu or they don’t give you all your food. In-dining; bad service, tables and floors are filthy. I only go to this location if I have to since it’s the only location in O’fallon.
