Normally I head to Grand Avenue when I need a last minute pedicure, but tonight I decided to try closer to home. Bebe Nails had a little sign on the corner advertising $ 17 pedicures. Parking was easy 5:00 PM on a Saturday in the area.
They have over half a dozen salon chairs and I didn’t have to wait at all. As soon as I sat down, they handed me a menu of $ 20, $ 25, up to $ 40 different types of pedicure services. I stayed with the basic $ 17 and thought it was great (exfoliant in a scrub down of my legs which also included fresh lemons) — and was happy to provide a bigger tip instead of getting paraffin waxed ($ 20 service).
With this place so close to home, I will definitely be back!

Bebe Nails & Spa is an excellent place to get your nails done, the price is reasonable with good service.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE FILL ONLY! The pedicure I got was amazing and deserve a 5 star. But let me get started.
Simply put, the length of my nails on the right hand didn’t match the ones on my left. I should’ve noticed during the process but since I have NEVER ran into a technician who didn’t check/​match the length as they go, that wasn’t even part of my worries. What frustrated me more than the length of my nails was the fact that the nail technician did not mention once about the mistake he made. Maybe because I was preoccupied so he thought I wouldn’t notice? The length of my nails will grow back, but I highly doubt I will come back here for another fill/​pedicure session, which sucks since the lady did a wonderful job on my pedicures.

horrible customer service, called before coming in came in still didn’t want to take me as a customer don’t pull up in any clean ass car they hatin all day. haters, don’t go here, bad service chipped nails, they hurt you when they take off nails and don’t listen to what you want they give there own opinion. shut this place down

Found this place straying away from the usual near the lake and definitely worth it. The wait was a little long, but they let you wait in the massage chairs with warm water. Get the Hawaii Pedicure. They scrub your legs and feet with oranges and sea salt, and moisturize and soften your feet with a warm wax mold. They also massage your legs and feet with warm stones. The husband said it was a winner by far. Would have given 5 stars but the wait was a little longer than desired. New spot.

Went here for the second time yesterday. First time was decent for a fast pedicure so I thought I’d try it again. My bf and I went to get pedis. They have signs everywhere (out front, on the walls, an A-​frame on the corner a few blocks away) that say Pedicure $ 15, but when they offered us the Pedicure «menu» the lowest price was $ 20 for the «Deluxe.» Fine, it comes with the paraffin wax treatment which I love, so I’m cool with that. However, there were a few issues. First, the wax itself; they only left it on for about 3 minutes; half mine was still liquid when they removed it. Then, the «massage:» I got about 2 minutes, where as my bf got about 10 minutes. My guy seemed to be in a huge hurry, though there was no one waiting and also several other employees sitting around watching tv. The polish job was sloppy, and he didn’t bother to clean up the edges at all. And once I got home and really looked at it, it was a mess. Smeared a couple of toes, patchy on another. This might be because they do nothing to dry your toe nails. No fan, no light, they just stick those crappy flip flops on your feet and dismiss you. I sat there for 20 minutes afterwards, waiting for them to tell me I was good to go, but they never did.
My bf didn’t want polish, but wanted his toenails buffed. This seemed to cause a great deal of confusion at first, but eventually they figured out what he meant and got out a buffing thing to do it. When we went to pay, they said $ 45, and I said I didn’t understand, since we both got the $ 20 pedi. They pointed at my bf and said «Buff.» So apparently, even though he didn’t want any nail polish, they charged him $ 5 to buff his nails.
I’m not saying I’ll never go here again, because it’s close by, quick, cheap, and most importantly, clean. But I didn’t find everyone to be friendly and helpful as other reviewers described. Oh, and we were offered no water and cookies, as I was the first time, and as other people in the shop were when they came in. Be prepared to ask for what you want and be assertive about it.

I had my first pedicure here yesterday and had a lovely experience. Friendly team, great service, warm atmosphere and very reasonable prices.

I really had a great time at Bebe Nails when I went this past weekend after a friend recommended it. The customer service is unbelievable! Ryan was so helpful and sweet the from the time I walked in and attentive to my needs (as well as the needs of a filled shop) the entire time without missing a beat. He immediately offered me water and sat a plate with cookies and crackers to my left while I sat in the chair and waited for the water to fill up for my pedi. When my water bottle disappeared from sight (I had actually just put it in my purse), Ryan quickly asked me if I’d like a replacement. It was unbelievable how well he interacted with everyone in the shop and didn’t seem to miss a beat. I tried to tip him when I went to tip the other ladies who had done my nails but he wouldn’t take my tip. He just told me to come back and that he was glad I had a good time while I was there.
My pedicure and gel manicure were also done by detail-​oriented ladies and although I only remember Thi’s name, there were a few that worked on me at different times. I made the mistake of getting a metallic gel color that really only looks good on acrylic and even though forewarned by the nail tech, I told her to go ahead anyway, yielding disastrous results. They were totally understanding and repainted my nails even though I had been the foolish one by rebuking the advice of a qualified professional. Thanks y’all!
They were definitely affordable, clean and professional the entire time and I will be back very soon. You should too, and always remember to TIPPY TIP TIP!

You know, I thought that I finally found a nail salon that I can stick with for a long time, until after I had a pedicure and the as soon as I got home I found that several of my toes, the polish had completely disappeared from my feet. My other toes, the color was all bunched up and polished crooked. Also, I don’t want to say, or give a name, because this guy seemed to be the MOST popular among the manicurist, doing fills, etc., however, on 08÷05÷15 I stopped by this place to have my fake nails removed and to just go natural. it was also my planned to have a pedicure on that day. As the male manicurist was working on my hands and removing my fake nails, I asked him what will be the cost of service that I was having as I also wanted to use the polish Shellac on my nails. He told me to choose a color, in which I did and that the cost in total would be $ 20. As this guy continue working on my left hand, he removed the first set of my fake nails in its entirety, when suddenly I received a family emergency call, and I had to leave. I decided to pay this guy the $ 20 that I owed him, though the work was not yet completed. After he (Manicurist) without HESITATION, took my $ 20, I told him that I will be back tomorrow, 08÷06÷15. The next day, (08÷06÷15) I returned, and since the male manicurist was working on someone, I went ahead a got myself the pedicure that I was also planning on having the other day. Once they young lady finished completing my $ 20 pedicure, and without even allowing my toes to dry, she quickly place my personal Flip Flops on my feet and send me over to have my nails done. Towards the completion of having my nails done, all of the sudden this man tells me, OH: THERE’S GOING TO BE A $ 5 EXTRA CHARGED FOR THE SHELLAC POLISH THAT YOU CHOOSE. I REMINDED HIM, «REALLY»? I SHOWED YOU THE COLOR THAT I PICKED OUT THE PREVIOUS DAY (08÷05÷15) AND YOU TOLD ME THE TOTAL CHARGE WOULD BE $ 20. He tried to denied the fact knowing that he knew I was using SHELLAC POLISH, as I had to point out to him that it was him that gave me the SHELLAC SET OF COLORS. After my protest, he said never mind. Unfortunately, with me the damage has already been done. One of my greatest pet peeves, is DISHONESTY, POOR SERVICES and someone trying to get over on me. Before, this incident I would have given Bebe’s 4 stars. There’s a young guy at the front desk, he remembers your name and he makes you feel very comfortable and welcome once you enter the front door. I even brought my 13 year old daughter here a few times and I was planning on bring her back next week, or before school starts, but I am not so sure I will becoming back because of this one guy. Also, as I stated in the beginning, after paying $ 20 for a pedicure, and not having the proper time to dry, as I was rushed over to the popular guy to finished my nails, the polish on my toes was gone when I got home. And to think that I was planning to give the young lady who did my pedicure a tip before leaving, but because I had already became PISSED OFF with this nail guy trying to charged me an extra $ 5, when he told me the previous day $ 20, I no longer had the desire to even give the pedicurist a tip.
TREAT ME RIGHT, AND YOU WILL GET THE SAME FROM ME IN RETURN. TREAT ME WRONG, AND I’LL LEAVE YOU ALONE.

I was looking for a nail place closer too home and I found it! This place is clean and everyone was really nice. Jace did my nails and he did a great job. If you just want a simple color Jace is your man!

Just tried out the spa for the first time and it was wonderful. They have the best massage chairs for pedicure I have ever experienced. Service was quick and quite lovely. So glad I finally discovered this jam in my neighborhood.

Such a great place! The ladies (and gentlemen) working here were beyond hospitable, friendly, funny, and most importantly, great at doing nails! I got the deluxe pedicure ($ 20 for massage chair, soak, sea salt and lemon scrub, paraffin wax treatment, and regular polish) and a gel manicure for $ 18. Both were excellently done and I will definitely be back! The atmosphere is lovely, and we chatted the whole time so there was no awkward silence :)

I go to this salon all the time. I’m always greeted by the entire staff with a smile, snacks and a cold beverage. They know me by name and also take the time to remember what I do and do not like when helping me chose colors and designs for my nails. I also get my eyebrows waxed here and get lots of compliments on them!!! Bottom line, they take pride in their work and are very friendly!!! I’m a customer for life!!!

I got my feet and nails done for the first time at this place. And the very next day the polish and the nail design came off. My feet still had dead skin and they filed my nail lopsided never go to this place again.
