The employees working their are really nice.
Although they don’t really understand English, they tried their best to help me. Very cheap products! I bought a package of seaweed crackers for $ 2.What a bargain!

Chong long is an hole in the wall grocery store. vegetables and dried stuff are stacked in front of store on the sidewalk. merchandise in store are opened but still in boxes.
stuff looks random but there’s a scheme. just concentrate on the posted prices and pounce when a bargain is spotted.

–sun bay sardines with hot sauce (.99)
–garden cream wafers (1.19) 1.50−1.79 elsewhere!

This is a very interesting market. I came here for a scavenger hunt thing in China town. They had produce outside of this little market that was pretty foreign to me. The person in charge of the market was outside to keep an eye on his goods. He didn’t speak English but he was kind of us to help pronounce some of his produce in his language.
