With four employees our main goal is to provide high customer satisfaction on every level from the work performed to the communication and how we treat your property. Respect for our customers time is also of great importance. We try very hard to make each customer feel pleased that they got their money’s worth, but that they are glad that they spent it on service with Customer First.

History

Established in 1978.

Returning to San Francisco after a few years living in New York, I started my business in 1978 the same year I got married. Keeping it simple was my goal. Provide consistantly good and reliable service, keep the customer happy has always been my primary concern. Thus in 1998 I went from using my family name to the current business name of Customer First Carpet Care & Building Services.

As owner my goal is to treat each customer and their home or business with the greatest respect and professional care. Happy customers is what I want when the work is done, period. Our aim is to make every customer feel as though their money was well spent by receiving excellent service at a fair and reasonalble price. Training from the cleaning industry is on going as we seek to stay abreast of the newest and safest techniques in caring for your carpet, upholstery, office, or flooring.
