DynaTherm is an HVAC contractor that serves commercial and residential customers. We maintain, repair, replace, and install furnaces/​heaters, air conditioning systems, ventilation equipment, duct work, thermostats, etc concentrating on quality and value.

We offer a rare commodity in this day and age. old fashioned service at middle of the road pricing. You’ll never be upsold gadgets or gimmicks, only made aware of required corrections or noteworthy shortcomings in a low key way. Pricing aside, safety, reliability, comfort, and efficiency are how we prioritize the customers ideal solution.

Customers don’t always know what really matters, why, practical considerations, etc. when it comes to HVAC matters so all that will be boiled down to the simplest terms for you. After you’re up to speed as an informed consumer, you’ll be given every logical option or alternative with upfront pricing, giving you the freedom to chose whats best for you.

All customers, potential customers, and reviews are appreciated but legitimate negative reviews won’t be responded to online but certainly dealt with on a one to one basis. Satisfaction is always the goal in the context of the expectations we create and we’ll go above and beyond to meet all obligations originally agreed to in a timely manner. Every customer gets a square deal.

Weekend appointments are available during extreme weather conditions but it never hurts to ask.

Business Owner

The owner has been in the HVAC trade since 1987 and contractor since 2002. During that time he’s worked on high rises, small cottages and everything in between.

Credentials include: NATE certification, certified IAPMO mechanical and plumbing inspector, and ASHREA membership.
