I hired Stan Fosberg to do some pest and structural repair and I found him to be incredibly honest and focused on providing me good value for my money. Furthermore he really seems to understand how pests work and the right way to fix damage in the most cost-​effective way.
He was willing to give me a guided tour underneath my house and show me the damage and how he would fix it. An incredible nice man and I fully trust his work even though he doesn’t have all the fancy stuff and approach that some of the big pest companies do.
He says «I do work on my customers house as though it’s my own.»

My clients got a report from this company as part of the disclosures on a house they were looking to purchase. The report was dated 3 months prior to the date their offer was accepted. The report had no section 1 items — active infestation, dryrot or fungus. Given the condition and age of the home I found the report to be suspect and recommended a second inspection by a reputable pest inspection company. The pest inspection came back with nearly $ 9,000 in section 1 and several of the areas called were obvious to even the untrained eye, including a mud tube plainly visible from an opening in the basement.
