Specialties

Audrey’s greatest joy is to share her passion for playing guitar with her students. She connects especially with young students and with female guitarists, who feel comfortable with her approachable, yet effective teaching style. She specializes in rock music — from 90’s alternative and grunge, to 70’s classic rock, to traditional blues.

In addition to teaching privately, Audrey has taught young people through Girls Rock Camp and Nusku Arts.

She has taught young women both recording and live sound through Women’s Audio Mission. A nationally touring performer, she performs as a front-​woman and as a guitarist in 70’s rock and bluegrass bands.

Audrey studied privately with renowned jazz guitarist André Bush. She earned her B.A. from Northwestern University.
