History

Established in 2012.

After several years of refining my own playing, I decided I would like nothing more than to share my craft with others. I began studying guitar pedagogy, and trying to understand the best ways to teach playing guitar. I have now been teaching just over three years, and have the pleasure of working with people of all ages and skill levels.

Hi there my name is Ian Acredolo. My largest goal is to make sure your goals are met, and that you are enjoying your learning experience with me. I teach acoustic, electric, and even classical guitar. I recommend my students start on an acoustic, as I feel that is the best facility to learn proper technique. I teach jazz, r&b, blues, rock, pop, and even fusion guitar. My hope is to help open your mind to learning all different types of music. I have had the pleasure of performing with several wonderfully talented musicians. I have played several private parties and even had the honor of performing at various weddings. My greatest privilege as a performer was being able to perform during the father and daughter dance at one of my best friends weddings. I have also been in several performing jazz, rock, and funk bands.
