Caldecott Properties is an independently owned and operated real estate brokerage that was founded in 2005. Caldecott Properties specializes in selling, leasing and managing residential real estate. Caldecott Properties has offices in Oakland’s Rockridge District, across from the California College of Arts, and in Moraga’s Rheem Valley Shopping Center, adjacent to the Rheem Theater.

Caldecott Properties is a full-​service brokerage that works with buyers, sellers, investors and developers. Their departments include Sales, Leasing, Investments, Property Management and New Developments. Their full-​time staff includes a Transaction Coordinator and Creative Marketing Director.
