Insurance is for when you need it, right? Turns out a good agent is about more than insurance. Kelly called to check on me after several dramatic events and she genuinely cares. Professional interactions have been smooth and easy, claims have gone through with minimal fuss, and every encounter has been helpful.

I called John for a quote to insure my photography equipment, he asked me some very simple questions, and sent me a pdf quote within a few hours. I was in the hood, so I stopped by to have him go over it with me, give him money and MAKE IT GO!

Kelly has been my Agent for approx a year and a half. I recently spoke to her to go over my life insurance policies due to some serious life changes. I have to say she was very knowledgeable and helpful to me, responded the same day, and answered all my questions. I was on the phone with her for about 30 minutes and she never made me feel like I was taking to much of her time or asking to many questions. I would highly recommend Kelly if you are looking for a great Agent!

I do not know about the other offices but forget this one. I was not able to reach Kelly Wright but the agent JOHN was totally incompetent! Suddenly I receive a notice that this company would be charging an extra 10 dollars (!) on my monthly payment for car insurance… I had to send my mature driving certificate but the instructor is on vacation — all of which I carefully explained in an exchange of emails and asked John to confirm. Well, I guess he disappeared somewhere or just was too lazy to answer. I also said I would not pay the extra amount simply because of a delay in getting the certificate to them. Well, this arrogant agent did not bother to answer me, but still charged me. I will have a new insurance company by tomorrow. I was paying too much here anyhow with my great driving record, own my car, etc…

I had just renter’s insurance with State Farm at one point. When Kelly Wright opened, she called and started talking to me about life insurance. She explained it so well and made me feel at ease about alot of questions I had. Her staff has taken my calls throughout the year for random questions I have had. I am sure that they would answer if I called at 2 in the morning, like the commercial! Kelly S. Wright Agency has my best interest in mind! I appreciate that! They are GREAT!!!
