Tele-Video Production Services

To be fair, my project for them was transferring an LP to CD which is not their main area of expertise. I also wanted a few tracks converted to a video — you know those ones on YouTube which are no more than the audio plus a picture of the album cover. The first part he could do no sweat but he had no idea how to do the second. These guys are a/​v specialists, right? Well, the I other services had investigated for this service would have required me to mail the LP and I am too scared of losing it to do that so I gave them the job and figured I could figure out the YouTube bit. It was a Friday and I was told Tuesday. The next Friday I called to ask what was happening and he said he would have it for me today. Well, what he delivered was a CD with two tracks, Side A and Side B. I had shopped other services and read product reviews that promised to break down the tracks. I was pretty miffed when I left. It took me only a short while to figure out how to get the individual tracks separated and to do it and I made my video for YouTube almost as fast. Why couldn’t these experts figure it out? At least they did not lose or damage my record.
