Ghetto (unprofessional) The security guard stands outside chatting his buddy’s instead of inside making the patrons feel comfortable. The new girl running the register was untrained but very nice. Our order sat and sat while the cashier fumbled taking 4 other orders. Then when we get home the mashed potatoes fill the container only about ¹⁄₃. The gravy filled the container about ½. Ehh whatever right, well the last time we visited this location the bucket of chicken was missing its skin. So I looked up the phone number and called because they didnt give me a receipt, just the credit card slip. The manager Dave, said to come back and he will take care of it. Really? like anyone wants to really come back over some mashed potatoes. Dave said come another time then. I explained one of last times they messed up on the chicken and no one remembered my name so they wouldnt «take care» of it. I am going to cancel the credit card payment if I go in and they dont refund the payment.
The owner should really consider over hauling this location. I wont be going back other then to collect a refund for some stupid mashed potatoes. How petty is this? It makes me feel like a jerk for even putting in the time here on Unilocal explaining the situation let alone going back to collect refund for potatoes!

I ordered the famous bowl, and i was very disappointed. i’ve had the famous bowl many times before and this bowl, by far. is the worst one that i’ve ever had. even compared to when they use to rip us off and put pieces of breast meat in it instead of popcorn chicken. my bowl today had 4 little pieces of popcorn chicken, & a few pieces of dried shriveled up corn. you could tell that the bowl wasn’t made fresh. when i opened the bowl, there was already a dried up ring of mash potato around the lid of the container that had already turned flaky. & the cheese was just one big piece of blob. you can totally tell they just reheated the bowl and gave it to me. and the worst part was, the guy who was at the window had a fresh cut on his hand. he didn’t try to cover it up, or wear gloves. that was just disgusting!!!

This KFC is pretty good about consistency. I give it three stars, becuase I have never went inside to order. I always hit the drive through, and my only complaint is that the drive way is very cramped. Also, closer to closing the drive through line can stretch deep into the street which is also cramped. I recommend this place it’s usually fast, but be patient, and drive slow in the line.

Perfect stop before an A’s game to make the ticket-​takers jealous as you enter the stadium. Biscuits here were outstanding recently, perfect slight crispness on the outside while perfectly soft inside with just the right amount of butteryness. Chicken was as good as always, though only recommend eating this stuff once every 3 months at the most for health reasons. Loses 1 star for scummy guy asking us to buy him a piece of chicken while ordering.
