Have succesfully sued nationally recognized defendants in wrongful termination cases, wage and hour claims, including failure to pay overtime, and helped workers injured on the job obtain medical treatment and compensation for said injuries under the workers’ compensation system.

Business Owner
Mark Scott Thuesen is bilingual attorney who is fluent in Spanish and English.
Mr. Thuesen lived and studied in Mexico City, Mexico. While earning his degree in Spanish from La Universidad Iberoamericana he also played basketball for La Ibero, and taught English as a second language.
Mr. Thuesen also studied in Madrid, Spain earning his Master’s of Arts in Spanish from Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vermont. After graduating Mr. Thuesen continued to live in Spain and played basketball for local club teams and taught English as a second language.
Mr. Thuesen has practiced law since 2008. Mr. Thuesen has primarily dedicated his practice to helping underprivileged employees in matters involving wrongful termination, retaliation, wage and hour claims, including failure to pay overtime, and workers’ compensation matters.
