We are a direct-​care medical clinic, conveniently located inside the Milagros Pharmacy, one block from the Fruitvale BART Station. We want to be your health care partner, offering the following medical services on a walk-​in and appointment basis:

o Sports physicals /​work physicals

o DMV and DOT exams for commercial truck drivers

* Flu shots

* Tetanus /​Whooping cough shots (Tdap)

* Tuberculosis tests (PPD)

* Prescription medication refills

Our care is focused on you. With LG Mini Clinic — Fruitvale as your health care partner, there is no need to wait weeks for a doctor’s appointment. Nor will you need to wait hours at the emergency room for urgent care. We offer same-​day appointments, and walk-​ins are welcome. Our staff is fluent in Spanish, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.

There are no hidden charges for our services. Fees are reasonable and collected at the end of each visit. In addition to our in-​house services, we can arrange for lab tests, x-​rays, ultrasounds, CT and MRI scans to be done at competitive prices.

We accept payment in the form of cash, debit, Visa or MasterCard. At this time, we do not accept health insurance.

History

Established in 2015.

Dr. James Liang opened LG Mini Clinic — Fruitvale in July 2015 to fill a need for patients who either cannot afford health insurance or whose insurance co-​pays and deductibles are too high. Our service model also meets the needs of individuals who want same-​day care without the hassle and bureaucracy of traditional healthcare.

Business Owner

Dr. James Liang is a board-​certified family physician. Dr. Liang graduated from Nova Southeastern University, College of Osteopathic Medicine, in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He completed his 3-​year family medicine residency training at San Joaquin General Hospital in Stockton, CA. Before starting LG Mini Clinic — Fruitvale, Dr. Liang worked as a family physician in Tracy, CA for over ten years.
