If you ever get car issues in Oakland area, this is definitely the company to call. I needed a jump start in the Oakland Zoo, Jimmy arrived quickly and he helped me right away. He was very polite and professional.

This company is awesome. The tech that helped me was Jimmy. He was quick, efficient, polite and very informative. I really appreciated how quickly and easily they took care of my car. Thank you so much! This is the company I will keep using for my car troubles!

Got stuck on 880 in Oakland he was very fast and quick. He got our car towed safely to Fremont and was pretty reasonable. Friendly as well.

I got stuck with my car in Berkeley on a Sunday. We tried to jump start it but to no avail. Helpless and frustrated, we called Guy, who showed up in 15 minutes and solved the problem right away. He was extremely nice, friendly and helpful. Thanks Guy!

The gentleman named Guy helped me. He was very helpful and very nice. I had a great experience working with him.

Guy has helped me a couple times now with my «project» car since I have moved from garage to garage. AAA always refuses me which is ridiculous but this guy knows his stuff and always takes good care of me in a timely manner.

I needed a flatbed to tow my car to the city but had a super busy day. I was dreading all the time needed to make these arrrangements. Supersonic shows up and literally in about 10 minutes the had my car locked loaded, paperwork filled out and were off. Great service, clean and friendly. I highly recommend them, very professional!

I locked my keys in my truck on a Saturday afternoon. I called and was helped right away. Within 10 minutes a technician called me to let me know he was on his way. I waited only a short while until he arrived. Talush was very professional, nice, did an outstanding job and turned a stressful situation into a positive one. I would certainly recommend this company! Hopefully I don’t lock my keys in my car again anytime soon but if I did, I would give them a call!

Guy came to my rescue on a busy morning when I locked myself out of my car on my way to court. He was quick to call me back and to arrive. He was also polite and got me back on my way in far less time than I expected. Thank you.

My truck was dead and I needed to get it towed 1.5 miles to my mechanic. I shopped around Unilocal and found these guys. I called in for a quote and was told they charge $ 45 for «service», and a tow would be $ 55-​$ 85. I didn’t need «service», I needed a tow. I then clarified; «Great, so it’ll be $ 85 max for me to get my truck to my mechanic 1.5 miles away?» Guy said yes. They show up after ½ hr and told me the tow would be $ 135. ARE YOU KIDDING? VERY misleading, the guy who got there said that the towing itself is $ 55 – 85 ON TOP of the «service change» of ~$ 45.

I never imagined I’d be writing a review of a towing company but Need2Tow is so exceptional I felt the need to share.
My car broke down in Oakland so I turned to Unilocal for a towing company to help get me off the side of the road. Need2Tow came up so I called. They were there in 10 minutes flat and the guy who met me was extremely friendly and helpful. We got my car over to an auto shop to be repaired (it works again, hooray!) and for far less than I expected to pay.
Hopefully you’re never stuck on the side of the highway but if you find yourself there, I HIGHLY recommend this company.

I have been in the Bay Area for over a decade now, and I do commute a lot from the East Bay to the Peninsula for work. Two weeks ago I had a mishap with my car as it simply decided that it was not going to drive me to work, at 8:15am. I called Need2Tow as friend of mine highly recommended their services. And I am so glad he did!!! As I called the company, they picked up at the first ring, and in less than 10 minutes the driver, GUY (yes, that’s his name), was already helping me out of the freeway. He was amazing! Super friendly, and handled my stubborn car with so much care. With less than 1 hour my car was already towed to the car shop. I took the time to call a couple of other companies after they towed me for price check, and realized they gave me the lowest price of all the companies. I not only I highly recommend their services for their professionalism, responsiveness, and great prices, but I will definitely use their services again in the future if needed. They are now on my speed dial.
