Taste Pavé Consulting’s Conceptions of Sweetness in select retail markets along the West Coast. Chunky Pig brand was born of the desire to marry 3 favorite things: Sweet, Salty and Pork. We use local favorite Prather Ranch Nitrate Free Bacon to create our Dark Chocolate and Candied Bacon Cookies and Candied Bacon Caramel Corn. Always handcrafted in small batches to ensure the freshest taste.

Established in 2011.
In my eight years of professional experience, I discovered the need for an alternative method for restaurants to achieve a creative, seasonal dessert menu that is produced in house. Pavé Consulting gives Bay Area restaurants an opportunity to maintain their standard of dessert excellence without the costly overhead of a pastry chef by educating existing staff members. Finally, restaurant owners don’t have to choose between quality and their bottomline.

Born and raised in Portland, OR, I got my clog in the door of the restaurant industry at age 19 apprenticing as a pastry assistant in some of Portland’s best kitchens. In 2009, I headed south for a change of industry scenery & some sun!
