History
Established in 2011.
Poh found yoga in 2003. She was inspired by her yoga teachers, not only by the physical practice they led, but by how they embodied the teachings of yoga. They were joyful, kind, generous, always present and selfless. Poh wanted to be as joyful as they were. What started out as a physical practice for stress management and for healing from scoliosis and osteopenia became a method for joyful living. Coupled with her Passage Meditation practice, she was inspired onto a path of service, to help others heal and feel good again. She was further encouraged by Acroyoga teachers and friends, who shared the loving kindness of Thai massage and partner work in yoga. Initially attracted to Acroyoga’s acrobatic elements for building bone density, Poh learned the beauty and importance of community. Her practice continues to grow with master teachers in the SF Bay Area.

Business Owner
Known for her curiosity, playfulness and nurturing style, Poh leads classes through movement with breath, awareness, healthy alignment and safe, creative sequencing. She offers a practice that helps create spacious presence for the busy, modern life.
Poh is trained in the Vinyasa and therapeutic styles, and continues to be inspired and informed by the Anusara, Forrest, Power, Shadow and Iyengar Yoga lineages. With over 700 hours of training and a PhD in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology, she blends yogic tradition, mindfulness practices, and current findings in biology and yoga therapy. Occasionally, there’s a splash of Bhakti and she sings.
