Holly W.

Business Owner

Holly Wallis is a Mastery Level Accredited Certified Movement Specialist, and Certified Rehabilitation Specialist. The primary focus of all of Holly’s Movement-based training and experience has been Functional Pilates, and Therapeutic Exercise.

Holly’s extensive movement training consists of the full Pilates repertoire, both classical and contemporary methods, as well as training in faulty movement patterns and functional biomechanics. She has vast experience working with many structural and functional conditions from minor aches and pains to chronic illness such as Parkinson’s Disease.

Holly was introduced to Pilates as a rehabilitative modality for her own recovery from a serious car accident where she suffered a number of injuries including a cervical fracture and permanent spinal cord injury. Her lengthy recovery inspired her to pursue a career in rehabilitative services, and allowed her to develop a strong sense of empathy and support for clients.
