Rebecca Lilienthal Schnier Architecture

We’re doing a little tiny addition. I totally lucked out on Rebecca. She spent an hour and ten minutes on the phone with me! She nailed down what I wanted from our house and then explained the entire process, what I’d need for permits, how much it all would cost and how long it would take.
To top it off, our job (and budget) is so tiny that her exquisite services may blow our budget… and she told me this. WOW. She even gave me contact information for drafters & designers that who would fit the bill!
And she promised to ring me back when she returns from vacation, because she was genuinely interested in the project. I was FLOORED.
She has a sense of humor, is personable, and is someone I’d feed at my dinner table. I think we’re going to look at squeezing her work into our next project’s budget!
