We provide Executive Coaching, customized leadership academies, mediation services and our flagship program, «Becoming a Radical Listener.»

Established in 2012.

In 2012, River Logic Partners was born. In the last three years, we have worked in Tech, Healthcare, Education, Wine Industry and many Non-​profits.

Business Owner

Denise has a passion for working within diverse cultural environments around communication challenges. She is skilled in helping leaders transform conflict by building outstanding communication and collaborative skills. She saw that certain principles she had been putting into practice as a Mediator and Coach were highly successful in helping leaders develop breakthrough results, so she started blogging on her principals and created her own consulting practice called River Logic Partners.
